I've weaseled myself in to such a position. I'm constantly mindful of how lucky I em'. Others in similar situations to mine in '08 were not nearly as lucky, I had a SOLID trade to fall back on. If not for that we be FUCKED! Just FUCKED!
That and this was our only chance, sucks it could still be taken in a flash. With great reward comes great risk.

Well done Morecheeba.
Never liked any job I've had.

A job with creativity?

Harder to find than the Holy Prepuce:

Nice.
Damn , poor lil' feller' wasn't workin' with much to begin with. It all makes since now....

Sorry for the earlier brain fart, I should have put the link in these first. http://www.plantlightinghydroponics.com/sun-system-hardcore-magnetic-ballast.html
They are cheaper then the rebuild kits and come with a switch to run MH builds if you choose.

Here's one I put in to replace a 600w ballast, there is one last 600w bellow it. Running 3600w in there now.

I bought the Hydrofarm unit used years ago as a 600w unit, gutted it to use the case on one of those 1000w kits. Love the heavy aluminum case and bracket, keeps it relatively cool.
Next time I would buy one like above and use it for the parts and save $30-$40.

Here's the only digi I run. Since my wiring is discrete to this system and I go over the top with flex and such I don't have any rF issues.

Not having issues my be a matter of luck though. I've done some reading on them and all it takes is poor assembly on the manufactures part and they sing like you guys are describing. It almost seems to be hit and miss and all with the manufactures on that. Even the top brands have been found to leak badly ( based on reading, not actual experience).

That digi runs my secondary Veg box. I like to run them under this MH bulb for a week or two ( really as long as I can) to get them ready for the follow room. Instead of them going straight from floro's to the HPSes.

Bunch of Cinderella 99BX-1 and a couple of per98's getting ready.

Be Safe,
MK

MagniKhan...interesting. Magnetic.

Love me some C-99. Fast, fast finish and really strong....did you hear that? Is there someone outside? Is that a car turning around in the driveway?

Mandala Seeds Satori
Cali Connection Seeds Grape Kush

Might need to graduate to a 4 x 8.

Yeah, that ain't no shit.
I run her 9weeks and she is all that and a bag of chips. Great yield, low and compact. After 9wks she talks to ya, first shes says ,"carbon filter in a sealed room, baaa smell me." Then once dry and smoked she says " Sit down, hope didn't have any plans."
It's hard to get shit done if that's all I have to smoke.

Mosca C-99 is just as advertized.."This strain produces extremely high yielding monsters with tight, solid buds when grown properly. Bros Grimm Conderella 99 description: This strains may be the "Holy Grail"."
There is a handful of pheno's, if one takes there time and sort them out there is a "keeper" to be had. I almost choose one of her sisters figuring this one was a pain in the ass.
If you don't lollypop her and then keep up on her she turns into a great big gooey mess. She likes her "hair pulled and maybe a smack or two to get her where she need to be...."
The trimming needs to maintained well in to the fifth week, gently at that point. And the nutes she can take, not a reasonable limit that I have found, 2000ppm of MB with slight burning. My Chunk would burst in to flames at that point.
I don't run that strong, more like +/-1000ppm. But I've kept it in the back of my mind for that day, you know the one, " when I get this room optimized..." . I figure I can really slap the nutes to her, The more you water (in Coco hempy's) the more she yields.

Nice setup MK.

Hamster wheel is about the truth of it.

Least the weather got a little nicer today!

Thanks.
And wow did it ever. Just pulled the trickle charger off the scooter, gonna take it down and top off tanks.
Gotta go and get a VSS unit for it tomorrow ( went out at the end of last riding season so i left till now) pop that in and I'm bangin'. Long in tooth on a oil change though, that always $120 in oil and filter. Whole hell of a lot better then taking it in (in the end). Damn near $400 for a Big-Twin.

Here's some quick pics of some chunk at around 7wks and a pre98 at around 2weeks plus.
I have these run down middle, you can't really se them but the room is stuffed with c-99, they stay so low its just dreamy.

Be Safe,
MK:ying:

P.S. Check out "Bubinstien" in the very back. She's an old mom gone wrong, waaaaa to tall and with her age she fucking exploded with mites. Looks like hell but she is heavy, it was close to the "nuke" so she's got just a bit more to go........wonder what pre98's like at 75 days?:smoky:
