Hey T-man, looks good from here. :D

Im gonna watch your vert. Next logical step for me too in my +/- 13 sqft.
I always leave too many lowers. Getting better at it. I can finally cut the thin branches below a 'Y' off now - damn things never produce.

How are you watering/ collecting runoff?

I was reading about organic ipm plans and found a post quoting Cootz about captain jacks spinosad which stated that Eli Lily is the only maker of it and makes captain jacks and Monterey brand concentrate. he said that the Monterey brand is half the price for the same product. I just thought I would mention that to you for next time and good luck with your issues! you'd hardly know it from your pics they look great!

thanks for the compliments everyone it means a lot, I put a lot of work into this setup its still in progress though, so keep an eye out.

Runoff for right now I have been only giving them enough water for little runoff , the remaining runoff usually evaporates by the end of the day and boost the humidity which helps because of the dryness from the powerful fan.

wateringis being done by hand until I grab some drip line and barbs and the timer im thinking about using a gravity fed drip line for veg and using a 160 gph pump for the vert tent. I plan on fitting as many plants in there as possible. so I may have to build shevlves to lift the plants above the fan which has a damn near 2' diameter.

enough spaceI should be okay as far as space goes I am in search of a new bottom bitch so a phenol hunt will be coming soon . I may take the hori. scrog down and flower out the seedling in there in about two months.

HORIzontal
tent is at 25 days for the pog18 and 12 days for the purple shit
Vert tent is at 12 days for the Phantom cookie and 2 days for the poison kush

bonide bought the patent from eli lily so it is the same thing. the difference was that captain jacks has four dosages in th bottle while you get twice the amount of dosages in the concentrated Monterey as was explained by CC.

nemotodes work but it takes them a long time if you're going all organic. there is also a sticky in the organic soil called Biological index that has predator mites that eat them up. I would use both of those. the mites would start on them while the nemotodes would add longevity. botaniguard or OGBiowar works too from all the reading I've done looking for IPM stuff and a while back. not an expert of course ;) just trying to be helpful and give ya some things to look at or maybe someone else would love to share their experience with them.

when I was reading about them back in my contest catastrophy, they said it was hard to get them all doing a soil drench because they can hide under the root ball. some suggested dunking the entire container.

I was just strolling by here to see how it's going? retro and granger and a few others have been reporting some success using ogbiowar drenches for RA. hope all is well for you and yours!
edit: I mean each time I see someone talk about RA I think about you.

thanks for checking in , the RA are under control for NOW. upon surveying my rootballs I don't see and creepy crawleys, only flyers ...I have a gang of garden centipededs that take care of the larvae I need something for the flyers. I have thought about the bennys but I don't want them to kill of my centipedes . Also I topdressed all the veg plants with DE which has seemed to help but I know the battle is far from over. I have been drenching with neem oil and SNS 202 . I have to pick up some more azamax. I plan on rotating theses to make sure that their soil larvae aren't able to grow which in turn should kill the population off. I think I just have to stay on it , they didn't get there over night so I cant kill them over night.

I may do a update later or nah , hasn't been enough interest to motivate me to snap pics but eh who cares :dunno:

I think DE works fine. The trouble is trying to get it into the medium. Topdressing doesn't push it very deep.
You can try rolling the rootballs in it to coat them. I got a meat infuser, its like a big hypodermic with holes on the sides instead of the tip. Then made a slurry of DE and water and injected it into my root zones until they were saturated.

am I supposed to be seeing anything crawling on the rootball? I see nothing and the roots seem pretty healthy ..

If youre not seeing anything maybe youre alright, but theres so much more you cant see - in the rootball. Myself, I err on the side of caution.

That topdress sludge is pretty nasty, eh? Don't let it dry out or else youll have to break it up. Turns to concrete.

] Sup guys thought id drop some pics for you guys

soooo , I've got two girls coming down soon one vert scrog plant and one horizontal scrog plant . cant wait to compare yields. I have been ing plants in both systems in a staggered pattern so I have a couple at different points of the budding cycle. COCO plants are being fed House and Gardens Coco A+B , roots excel , bud-xl , multizen and amino treatment everday before lights off. Soil vert plant is fed Ionic Bloom and Bud xl. Soil vert plants get Ionic Bloom , Top booster , Bud-Xl,moab and will be starting to get flushed in 6 days. Ill be doing a 7day flush this round to see if I can pull more weight by feeding longer . Enough talk heres the pics.
