Letting it free range doesnt seem to be a problem, its flowing great on its first run.
I usually only brew 2.5 gallons of tea at a time, so that breaks down to only 1 cup of ewc/compost to move around.

Well here is some of my work when building compost brewers. Here is a 60 gal brewer. Got this baby calculated and tuned in. Have had some Amazing results with this, along with my 5 gal brewer as well. Thanks to Tim @ microbe organics for the microscope! Will post some microbe shots and videos one of these days.

Yes, and for the air stones, I am a fan of the 2" grey micro pore ones. For many reasons. Heres a simple pic I put together in the garage.

And here is the 5 gal brewer I work with damn near daily. Very simple. Very effective. I love this stuff. Been studying the science and art of Compost Tea and soil Biology for 7 years now. Will try to post some results of compost tea in another thread. Proper CT results in some unreal growth rates & plant health.

I only have one airlift, no air stones. I just use the 70lpm hydrofarm pump, one for each tank I looked up the pump your using is rated at 200lpm O.O Do the higher rated lpm pumps get hotter than the lower rated ones?

that one seems overly complicated, & it sounds like he uses a circulation pump which kills the microbes you're trying to multiply
airlifts are the way to go & drilling up a PVC diffuser would be the next choice. finally; the diffuser airstones typically associated w/ aquariums are a PITA to clean but viable. impeller pumps aren't on the list

I agree with X. A venturi works well for bacteria and protozoa but knocks fungal hyphae apart. It is good for someone who only has a water pump. The submerged pump will also heat the CT. When I made one for a 1200 gallon machine we used an exterior pump.
You don't really need someone to design it for you... Search around for an idea you like then go to home depot or lowes and start building it That's what I did 
I got my inductor tanks with metal stands at a shop in north San Diego, about $200 each is what I remember paying. I paid about $300 each (Tank, air pump, tubing) when finished and ready to brew.

Go back a few pages and find the brewer I just built. 50 bucks total including the pump. and I basically just threw it together without plans. Just designed it as I went.

I don't get it. You used advanced nutrients (based on your signature), but you don't want to buy a compost tea brewer? Advanced is the most overpriced, hyped up marketing product out there.
I'm glad you're getting compost teas. Is there any way I can talk you out of advanced nutrients too?

Advanced Nutrients uses the absolute highest quality ingredients on the market. Their research for nutrients is unparalleled in cannabis cultivating. AN works very well for me and I have the results to prove it, why WOULD I even consider to switch? Because you think its overpriced?

Just like that you're bailing? Because someone dared suggest that AN might not be all you thought it was? There's been numerous posts by Spurr and others showing that they have used unregulated PGRs in their formulations, fully knowing they were carcinogens, but would give harder, denser buds. Almost all their products have been on the stop sale list in OR for their shoddy labeling practices. And I know personally that their myco product, piranha, made by mycorrhizal applications and then re-packed and labeled for them, at which point they jack up the price exponentially. And it has trichoderma in it, which has been shown to inhibit mycorrhizal infection. Oh and ecto-mycorrhizal spores, which associate with conifers and NOT cannabis. Read the ingredient list yourself. And they recommend it as a foliar application? With myco spores? That's a waste of money!
