I get from the H.Depot.
Anyone else use large plastic tubs/totes to cure elbows in?
Im interested in how you all do it as well?

When considering making concentrates, ask your self is 8-15 dollars a gram worth possible injury or heavy legal consequences?? That's the average retail price of a gram of weed and for the risks it poses, that's a pretty weak number to try and value that service imo. Not worth it to me when getting 200/lb for the trim and just let someone else worry about it.

We chop branches and hang on line. No deleafing no bullshit. Just cut and hang.

The trimmers buck everything off the stalk in to paper bags , these bags are what they work out of. Eliminates cherry picking and gets rid of all the stalk at once.

My logic to get em to do this is that I could bring on the stalk weed and they'd have to worry about cherry picking ex, this way every one gets an even assortment to trim and how many bags a day you go through cleanly determines pay not how many colas they can massacre.

We use sea containers and a building that are all set up for drying only with dri eaz or Santa Fe dehumidifiers. The lines are parachute cord or 550 cord tied to a D ring on the back wall and tensioned with ratcheting tie downs. Saggy lines suck.

I'm not do anywhere near the weight yall do, but I defan them out in their spot. I don't see any value to the huge fans, and it seems easier to leave them in the field to return nutrition.

I wet trim, I dry on lines ( made of down rigger wirer no sag in my line) I cure in large paper leaf bags, with humidity meter in the bag.

There's no point in big leafing at all when fresh from my experience unless you need to dry fast or need more space.

When the trim crew bucks the herb down off the stalk in to paper bags most the leaf gets taken out at that time...

The next 10 days look to be awesome. Had a few 32 degree nights , but typical Trinity River Valley the days following were in the high 80s...

The plants loved it. Just like they've been loving the EWSF NorCal Blend and AEA et. al. soup / Biological Advantage

I don't see why sagging lines would be a good thing? you lose volume in your drying area and less of the line is effective for hanging and flowers bunch up..

It's so easy to just use a turn buckle or ratcheting tie down to have taught lines...I don't know why any one would do it any other way?

We pull fan leaves then hang on hortinova 3-6 days depending on humidity, I only use the Dehu if the weather is wet outside. While still slightly moist I stack the colas in large bins to stop the drying process, you need a little extra moisture to compensate for handling time and open your lines back up more quickly. After 2 or 3 days they are pulled from the bins, destemmed and turkey bagged to wait for final cleaning. A helper then gets a turkey bag and has to clean the whole thing before getting another. Some bags are better than others but it all evens out over time as long as you keep an eye on things

staggered harvest, with the bulk coming down in the next week or two. cherry pies, glues, etc all look damn near ready.

my boy doesn't deleaf at all, just chop dry and get it to the trim team. but his trim is worthless he has to throw it all out because all the dried fans get in there. some people dont care about squeezing every little penny out of a crop, he figures since he has 8 lb plants who cares about a few extra dollars in trim/concentrates.

I've been deleafing first then hanging, and the trim is mixed in with some of the c grade tiny popcorn littles and is making excellent hash material. its taking more time processing but its all good. just off the first 30lbs of dried flowers I've gotten like 10lbs of trim/popcorn, it all adds up and will add extra revenue, with a 10% return thats an extra 6k in my pocket @ 400 an oz.

Thats exactly what Ive been doing. We de-fan the plant and the little, no-sugar leaves, colas are hung dried while rounds are in a stacked drying, mesh rack, then all the sugar trim is cut into a bag with all the small popcorn not worth trimming. Thats going for shatter.

That (GrapeApe x OGKush) X (Chem D x GDP) purple one is the smallest little plant in our grow. It was only in 15 glns of soil.
It was so pretty though I wanted to show you guys how pretty it is. Im not tryin to compete or compare large plants with u guys at all.
Im just taggin along this thread to learn. This is however, my very first outdoor guerilla grow with larger 3 LB plants.
Thank you for all the hints, tricks, and wealth of experience guys. Ive learned a ton of stuff this season from you and my plants are the better because of it.
I will forever appreciate that, and use it to grow bigger, better plants next season. Hats off to all who have helped me!
