A Taste of Africa from Malawi

I got my seeds on Friday, I'm a little concerned at the quality, they're mostly golden to light brown. I chose the darkest bean to try to germinate and put it into a shot glass. I'll fish it out and pop it into some coco tonight.

Here is my Malawi at week 9, scrogged 4f x 2.5f. She smells very pleasant, hint of carrot/lemon and has a incredible amount of trics everywhere. Every bud looks almost as if they are pure crystals and nothing else. The crystals alone make this by far the best looking strain I've grown to date. I will try to update with better photos as this was my time using my new camera. Hoping to get better ones to justified the crystal amount, it's just insane. I heard not to harvest Malawi until week 14, how's mine looking?

Malawi seeds can look light brown/grey or darker and be very viable.

Dr.King that looks real good and hope you made clones.

Indeed, I soaked one overnight, it cracked and was put into coco. It came up the day after. It's now got its first leaves.

Can't wait!

Thanks :tiphat:. I did take 2 clones, week 3 of flowering. Roots massively exploded out of the cube the same day which was day 24. Take in mind I rooted these clones without a heating mat or humidity dome. They were in the same tent with temps at 75 degrees and 60% humidity. Bet they would easily clone in 10 days or less if done right. Both in 5 gallons of coco. One already has tons of crystals and they are starting to grow vertically. Either planing to single cola both or reveg one, undecided as of now.

Very nice! I have to germ another seed, my first attempt grew out of the coco about an inch and then the leaves turned brown and died. Not sure what the deal is, the og kush seedlings were fine.

Starting more Malawi and about 4 weeks in.
This is 2 Malawi clones side by side.

My favorite smoke and everyone is blown away by it.

Your temps are close to mine Waldgeist. Some wet snow today.
Beautiful plants and good luck to you.

Nice compact Malawi Dr. KJB and good luck to you.
