PM me if you are interested in 75 plant counts for $280. I would rather not post the Dr's. info. He is in Denver though. I just got my daughter her's, and I am going back to update mine. :)

don't fall for this scam...

don't fall for this scam...

Tell em you make edibles and be prepared to pay... high plant counts cost $... 75 plants is around 350$ to the doctor, and 50 is around 250$.... that's last months prices... I'm still waitin on my replacement card for this year... the state filing fee also went down to 15$

don't pay more just for a higher plant count, its a scam

if you need a Dr. here you go:

Jeez. Thanks for all the support guys! I'd rather spend money to be able to sleep better at night. Hence the reason I plan on joining the mid west. I should be out there by the next 420 rally. I was at the last and it really blew my mind how open minded people are out there. I am really looking forward to it. Thanks again.

ps: the reason for wanting higher plant counts is for pheno searching and being able to make oil/wax. Now what do I do with all the excess nugs..... hmmmm... haha

higher plant counts are not scams, anything that gets you your red card and passes CDPHE is not a scam, or its a good enuff scam to beat the state it's not a scam.... seems legit

what IS a scam
is that nearly ALL municipalities in the state have residential grow limits, keeping patients with elevated plant counts and rec growers ALL at tthe same limits, with no regard to plant count....
so it's about finding a place in the state to grow that will honor those plant count limits

You speaketh the truth!

Unfortunately you typically have to have money to fight these unconstitutional (State Constitution) acts.

guess they have new plastic id type of cards instead of the old paper ones. Not to many stoners can fold it right, myself included

Where can I find the municipal plant limits? Also what about limits concerning , how many caregivers can have their plant counts on the same property?

I am planning to pack up and move out to Colorado by spring. It was recommended to me to aim for the Denver area. I have a masonry business, and I also have some background in oil and gas work, that I can fall back on if necessary. I know there is work in that field closer to grand junction but I would like to stay in the Denver area.
Ive heard the economy there is thriving, and cost of living is fairly cheap. Im bringing my clones with me aswell :) Basically, looking for any tips or recommendations from the ppl that live in this area.

If I had to choose, I'd go with Denver Metro.... that said, you must be coming from an Expensive area if you call Denver cheap. lol

GJ gets a bit on the humid side in the summer. They do irrigation of lawns from a ditch over there that seems to contribute to the RH. Can be cheap water though, if I understand correctly.

I have a place in D metro, and one in the Arkansas River Valley(which I prefer). Wife however doesn't. That said, the Ark Valley is booming, (in case you have to go to masonry).

Lots of options.

question nmbr one is a good one,... there is no "place " to find that info, best answer i can give is "the internet"
download municipal code PDFs for every county and search marijuana.... I'll warn you, its not encouraging, nearly every municipality ( that i'd wanna live in) in the state has residential plant limits
sorry to break that to yall.

the answer to question number two is:
only one

must have separate leases for different caregivers at "the same" locatoin.... like a sublease for the garage if thats where caregiver number 2 is at... and legally to hve 2 separate units you need 2 separate electical meters, so just plan on ONE per location unless you have an industrial space with cells builtout...
also, to do it fully legal gotta have all buildout to code with permits pulled, every piece of equipment should be UL listed (duh).

municipalities ALSO have limits on HOW u can garden, like square footage restrictions (different town to town) and shit like bulb enclosure rules, so even bulbs that are open use rated must be behind glass...

many times marijuana rules are in municipal zoning code instead of criminal code,

Denver metro is the "safest". Even though on the books they have a 12 plant limit per residence, I have yet to know of any enforcement.

I know of a 25,000 sq ft. Caregiver warehouse if that makes you feel any better. :)

If you have the time, and money to fight a case you can grow wherever the fuck you want. Plant limits are unconstitutional plain and simple.

There has to be a first court case at some point. :)

JeffCo seems to respect caregivers rights too, I have a few friends that have had the police show up and all they wanted to do was check to see if the paperwork was in order
