Then why hasnt he? Because he doesnt want to pay harbaugh like a super bowl winning coach until he actually, you know, wins the superbowl? What's carroll making, 7 a year? What does Belichick get, 10 a year?
Problem is, Jerry Jones would pay Harbaugh 10 a year to come coach America's Team back to respectability. Michigan would pay him 8/yr at least cause theyve had 3 sucky years for every good one lately. Saban gets 7/yr, why not pay a guaranteed winner 8? If he coaches there more than five years, dont you think he's good for at least 1 national championship with their ability to recruit?

so york is going to lose out on his last good coach since seifert over what, a mil, mil and a half a year? hes got a new stadium partially paid for with the taxpayers money but he gets to keep all the profits, surely he cant be that stupid to let what amounts to his concessions profit from one game day drive Harbaugh into the arms of another team.
Oh wait, he's a York. He can be that stupid.

well all we can do is speculate on what goes on behind closed doors with York and harbaugh negotitations...my personal thought on it is that harbaugh doesn't want to pen the current offer because he's confident that he can attain the biggest bargaining chip before his current contract is up...then everyone's happy and harbs is will probably be the highest paid HC in the league, w/ a long term contract...the flipside of that is that he's worth 8mil a year even without a superbowl, getting you to the championship game as consistently as he has is worth something? especially since we're literally 2 crabtree fades to the corner of the EZ & a kyle willams muff away from being on the quest for 9...Media doing what they do...they need some kind of story in may.

Lot of san fran fans huh? Harbaugh has done an amazing job. This is a joke to me. the guy is proven to be one of the best right now. SF would be f ing retarded if they let him go. I mean there is 32 teams and only 1 can win the superbowl each year. Sometimes luck or the hot team. A lot of time the best team during the year doesn't win. To have a guy that can get u there consistently to get a chance. That's what about 28 teams in this league dream of. SF already has that.

I've heard of Harbaugh taking the dolphins job at the end of the year. Also rumor has it Michigan has an offer ready whenever he is willing to listen. Personally I think Harbaugh is a NFL coach on the inside but damn 8mil a year is hard to turn down for an easier job to boot.

I had picked up the cousins-garcon combo in a few of my daily league rosters...oops lol I can honestly say theres no way I saw 4 int's and a fumble coming! eli & donell were probably less owned and put up some nice points for a low salary...if giants keep running the ball like they did they can be a dark horse, really making the WCO work for em.

I picked up Eli to replace Cam this week, cam hasnt been getting enough points (not running as much) and hes got a tough matchup vs the ravens.
So yeah, happy with 5 total tds, and that one int could have, should have been a td but got stripped at the last second by meriweather.
not drinking the koolaid and thinking it'll be all roses for eli from here on out, im sure hes going to have a few stinkers, but hopefully he'll be a nice alternative for cam (not many qb free agents in that league, unless you like geno or ej or locker).
cousins had a bad romo or bad cutler game, maybe even worse than that, most of his ints were in single coverage, he just threw it right to the defender. maybe he wasnt on point with his receivers, it was a thursday game after all. dont think he'll be this bad the rest of the year, if he's not mentally broken by last night.

Every time I hear the name Kirk Cousins I always start thinking about Milhouse's Dad from the Simpsons, he played like him last night. Not loving any bets this weekend but it does seem like their will be plenty of good games on. Does anyone else get annoyed they play so many game at 1 and only a couple at 4? I wish they would split it up so more.

Parlay plays this week: I'm taking the under (41) on the Baltimore vs. Carolina game, Pittsburg (-7) to win at home, and New Orleans (-3) on the road.

HB.

baba, no one is good a betting except the house.....bastards. I like all your picks though. I am not in love with any games this week so super small bets to keep the games interesting this week. I'm gonna take GB -1.5 and Sf-4 today.

Lions are looking good, they have legit talent on both sides of the ball, and now a halfway decent coach. Might be the best team in the North. GB owns Chicago (not happy to admit it, but there it is) but looked like shizzle vs the lions and any nfc west team.
steelers owned carolina (not that hard to do nowadays, apparently) but got beat by the ravens and now tampa. the bucs are not as bad as their 30+ pt loss on two thursdays ago, and a qb change certainly helped. what was lovie thinking, having mccown start the first 3 games?
niners dominated the eagles all game yet the offense and special teams made it closer than it should have been. shady mccoy is averaging 20 yds a game his last two. im glad i drafted him #1 overall. the lack of a run game for the eagles is a big concern for them, they cant rely on luck to win 75% of their games this season, not with the way theyre running the ball.

dallas's defense is not as horrible as people thought it would be, at least when theyre forcing turnovers. the saints look done as contenders, the offense is not in sync, the defense took a step back from last year. brees seems like a different qb away from the superdome. his voodoo power grows weak away from the river basin.

I personally don't like Jim Caldwell as a head coach I think he is a moron to be honest, I also think the Packers are the best team in that division. Bears are decimated on D and the Lions are such an inconsistent team year in and out. IMO they fall into that catergory of teams likes Dallas and San Diego....They win some great games only to lose even worse ones during the season. Until they can show me otherwise I have no faith in them.

I also think that the TB game showed what a complete incompetent coach Lovie Smith is, he looses games at home to Derek Anderson, Austin Davis, and get beat by almost 50 pts to a no so good falcons team, then after the guy LOVIE wanted at QB and paid decent money to doesn't start they actually look like they can play some ball. When your head coach thinks its a better idea to start McCown over anyone I would be some what worried.

As far as Philly and Dallas I am gonna say it now I think the whole NFC east is overrated and really not all that good. I don't think the Giants are a very good team, Dallas is not a team to get excited about they always end up disappointing us fans by the end of the year, and Philly has no O-line which is why they can't run they've also been fortunate to come back him double digits deficits which can't keep happening in the NFL.

Brees and the saints are a bunch of frauds look over the past few years they beat up and run up scores on people at home and they play like a bunch of pussies on the road. I also can't stand Drew Brees he just rubs me the wrong way which all his bull shit talks and his lack of caring about past players that allow him to make the money he does today.

Lovies a good head coach but doesnt seem to really make good decisions regarding his offense (qb, coordinator). now that he's got glennon back he might win half the rest of his games, if the saints and panthers continue to swoon.

brees, i dont think his teammates have a problem with him, except when graham took offense when brees said he should be paid like a te, not a wr. graham told him off though, and brees apologized, and graham got paid later so now they're both rich.

i hope philly gets their run game going cause shady is killing me in one league now, like 2nd worst point total, just above the guy who's never played ff before. just shameful.

maybe this is romo's and dallas's year. got the solid o line, defense is causing turnovers, morris is finally gone (lol), if romo can play mistake free football for a 3-4 game stretch in the playoffs they could be hoisting a lombardi in february. right? anyone? anyone?
