I'm totally with you on this, I did tell both parties involved the way I felt a couple months ago right after it all happened, but I told them via phone so they knew I was serious in what I said. I asked the quiter to leave my threads and journals that he's no longer welcome, and that he is not invited to anything I start. And to his credit he was honored my request. I told Mr Thric to keep his head up and not be too hard on himself, that we all think he's a good guy and miss him. I was raised that when you give your word to someone that you finish what you said you would or you flame out trying. I've stayed at some jobs where I was in moral danger because of working conditions, like seriously if I fell I would have died, but I stayed and did the work because I said I would. I've finished jobs with the customer belittled me everyday and then didn't pay up, I still finished the job, because I said I would. My word is my strongest contract. It's the way I was raised, if your not 110% sure you can do a job you simply don't take it.
^^just so you all know, I'm only speaking about my own shit here, I got to say it, if any of you enter into a partnership/bus with me and you bail on me it will be the last time I ever speak to you. I don't play, either you are a man of your word or I don't have time to waste on you.
There's a reason I only have a half dozen friends.
Partners have always screwed me.
Never 50/50 and always sticking me with most of the work.
Mostly with my gorilla grows years ago.
Miss half the water days, do 1/4 the trimming, then want 1/2 of the final.
As soon as I tell them that it isn't fair, then I got an enemy.
2 rat-fuk partners ripped me off after I complained.
Then I go solo, I don't F around, get on her and stay on her( the honor system)
Later the next year, the slacker I dumped grew nothing (reaped what he sowed)
I even let him have to grow spots.
A good partner keeps his word, works hard for the end game, and never makes excuses.
I have lost a min of 20 grand from flakes in this craft.
Bite the bullet and move on, WTF else can you do?
A good partner/friend has his own place and grow, asks for nothing(except killer cuts).
No stress relationships are best for me.
A dirty business indeed.

I was told avid and floramite work, but i wouldn't use said chems this close to harvest.

Yeah I heard avid is tuff on flowers.
Talked with the lady at the shop. She told me this is all that has been working. They are selling cases of it a day around here
not sure whats worse;
the fact that gallons of this shit is being put into the local atmosphere,
the fact growers are too lazy to see how to make their plants healthy naturally, instead they just rely on spraying poisons,
or...the fact lots of new kids in the biz and green rushers are spraying these poisons with no proper mask on, and doing it on a far too frequent interval...
fuck poisoning our local environment. I looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooove the 530, allll of norcal even...cant say the same about folks who spray poison simply to make $$ or to get high...yay avid thc!!!!!!!!!!

I don't mess with any of those heavy poisons. 100% organic here. I am a back yard farmer, no cash cropper here.

Mighty wash. It's expensive but it works and you can spray up until harvest.

What a relief to hear you say this. I'm the SAME way and no matter the situation when you give someone your word you stick to it. Bottom line. It may have only been a few of his plants but I'm sure he was supposed to help with the whole garden as payment for the help he got. Where is good ol' mikey anyways. Been missing him and really wish I could see what he has going on in that yard of his

I was told it doesn't work well in them. I have also seen reviews here that it leaves a flavor on the bud even though they say it won't.

I've used mighty wash for 5 years now. There is NO flavor left and it absolutely works on russets. I looked under the big scope to make sure it worked before I paid money for it. I also used it by the 10 gallons each dose and I watched the assholes subside. So choose to believe what you want. You know I'm not stupid and know what I'm talking about so.....
