MOSCA

I bought a pack of c99 bx on the bay this spring and have had the worst germ rates with only 3 make it, 2 being runts. They are vegging super slow. Anyone else experience this with these seeds lately? is mosca still around?

I've got a pack of the C99 BX from 2011, but I've not had the mind to germ them. I keep coming back to this thread and it makes me want to!

Is there a surprising lack of Azucar grow / smoke reports, or am I just not seeing them? On paper C99xIBG seems like a really promising cross, but the lack of feedback has me worried it's produced mostly unremarkable phenos.

Mosca's C99 BX is one of my favorite strains, and I hear that (in general) it outcrosses exceptionally well. So how's that Azucar?

I am wondering the same thing?

I have seen very few pictures but the ones i saw look very good. :ying:

ty foxy, mosca's gear makes for pic purrfect eye candy

when its on the vine it's a straight up sweet bubble gum aroma
puts a grin on me face every time I smell it,
lol... Its so good I fiind myself gong out of my way to do a drive by rub-n-smell on it in the bloomroom.
it will keep that smell for a short while,
but in the 5-6 days since i cut-n-bagged it
the smell has now changed to a more darker, musky somewhat bluberry smell.
but cracking open a nug brings the sweet bubbagum backout.
I had some I jarred back in april,
the last of which was gone 2wks ago so a 5 month cure?
it was superb in every aspect,
very special :joint:

thanks adrenaline, and speaking of Tsi Fly........
I Ive had 2 phenos for over year...
this is my #5

Hi Gnome,

So, I´ve got 2 fenos of OTM x IBB, one of them has strong autoflowering traits! , I was flowering this specific feno, but my ballast broke, so I dismissed the plant, and kept a small clone to Veg, this specific feno seemed to be indica dominant, with chubbier leaves, and a "droopy" look...... all pics of OTM x IBB, express a more sativa looking plant, wich is what the other feno looks like, the one I´m flowering now and my question is, have you come across this indica autoflowering feno on your plants, if so, what can I expect from it, when I flower it?

Ive seen some limited AT traits on a few pheno/clones left in veg for extended periods.
really not sure if I used any as my keeper tho.
as for what to expect, my last run of otm x ibg all 3 FMs were potent, frostee and tasty.
i had one sat and 2 indies,
the only drawback on the satty is its a big wide bushy plants with smaller but numerous flowers.
indies of course more compact.
so i went with the indie.
mosca's otm crosses are ime well worth growing

thanks for the reply, I split a pack with a friend, 5 seeds for each, and my friend only found 1 good plant, in his words, the other plants were lacking in potency and taste..... and that bummed me out a bit, but I germed 3 seeds, one died, 2 are alive, the indica feno, that has the AF trait, and tyhe more sativa feno, wich seems to be growynig very well and happy, If she is nice and fruity, and is potent , with a descent yeald, Ill keep her arround, if she lacks in any aspect, i´m gonna have to let her go :(, but i´m so eager to find a nice blueberry tasting strain! I hope she is it!

hola

planted 14 pOTMs three days ago, direct to soil- no soak, with a
few minutes spin in a sandpaper cone beforehand.
so far five are up.

i bought these when they first came out, they were light in color,
and their dessicant bits had turned pink-red... so i was pleasantly
surprised when they began climbing out of the soil as fast as my
fresh NepHz x GHT seeds did.

besides making OTM F2s i also want to do some crosses,
including with this extreme sativa PurpHz x Thai F3 (ace seeds)...

glad there's a mosca sanctuary here.

cheers y'all

I've got my OTMxC4 going right now. Out of the 10, I've got 7 that are growing nicely. Anyone have a good idea of phenos to look for? I topped 4 of the 7 above 5/6th nodes to see how they react. Seems like they have really long petroles for their age at this point. Excited to see what these babies turn into. Hoping to get at least one or two keeper females and possibly a keeper male if it exhibits nice traits. Anyone know how I can post pictures from an iphone?

Hey folks, update time.

Colorado, I don't know how to do that with an iPhone, but hope hope you figure it out so we can see your plants! I have been syncing my iPad to my laptop to get mine in upload position, I hope to see yours soon.

Here is my Tsi Fly at 8 weeks of 12/12 lighting. I am super happy with both of these plants, the Panama X DC fem looks great also. Sorry about the weak ass pics.

Nice chunky plants, adrenaline. I enjoyed my Panama DC very much-
had a unique rosemary aroma in the vaporizer.

So far have ten pure OTM pre-schoolers to play with/fondle
(I'm just a creepydirty old pollen-chucker)...

...while their cotyledons try to abstractly impersonate the Stones logo...

pure OTM, a little further along...

popped four of GDP's Bay Dream (freebies) to pollinate with a nice
OTM, in an attempt to create an Uber Blue Dream...

(OTM in the back)

...and here are the seven Cali Conn's Boss Hoggs (chem4xSFVog ix)
that are under selection for OTM pollination as well.

Lastly, I've got a single Female Seed's Bubblegummer (fem) that's
just breaking ground; also for OTMing if decent enough.

Odor will be an issue this grow 'round.

cheers

8/10 of the current crop

the plant in the upper middle position seems the most indica...
greasiest leaves, no mutations, softest stem.
hope it's a male.

cheers

You got a thread going Falutin? Been looking at the OTM, all it's crosses seem to bring a double dose of dank.

Keep temps low in veg = more females. Save your favorite and breed him into your environment that's what I wanna do. Nothing better than a plant that grew where she was born/will die, is my argument. Landrace in a tent? Been drinking again I'll just stfu.

Lets see some weekly's Gnome. ;):sumo::tiphat:

hey gnome so what did you think of that azucar? I saw some pics of yours when you were just starting em.. around january I suppose. I'd like to get a few Mosca lines but they're a bit pricier than I thought they'd be so I gotta narrow down some choices LoL erkle/moonshine or C99/IBG.. decisions.. decisions..
