BTFW, there has got be a much, much, much better way of scraping the sides of that collection pot. A contoured metal scraper, a silicone pot insert , something, anything!!

I thought on that for many hrs,, perhaps a machete with a 12" blade across the inner face a lot of oil collects on the side way worth the scrape

My bad. I totally forgot to take pics of the finished product. The last 3 runs I was able to just pour most of the oil out. Put the collection pot in the freezer and scrape off the rest. Beat the shit out of cleaning it out the first time, lol

Nice thread stoney. All kinds of shit going on in here. I see u like that PK a lot. Ive got the PK to and am partial to it. I don't know which cut but it looks to the same as urs. I have only ran it twice but not getting it to yield that well, small tight structured nugs. Any tips for getting the most outa the PK.

Yeah u got me excited bout the PK again. Im digging thru jars and I got some with a few months cure on it. I got a 57 day, and 65 day, and im gonna do a little testing to see where I like her best. How long do u like to take her?

Mmeds- my pk is lasvegas purple kush.... its not the greatest yielder but not horrible either. ... few tips isi defoilate alot of her huge fans n leave all the lowers... she grows gram size buds from soil up... she hates to be directly under 1ks... seems to do better off to side.. if u got a full tray turn ya light down to 750 if possible. .. i take her 9wksmin... 10 is perfect for the dry grape wine flavs n purpleto come out... she needs 10 min 75 days to get a full on deadly tko indica high... if u take her that long she is the best indica out there. ...

That's the kinda info I was after, thanks brotha. So I noticed after testing my 65 day vs the 57 day pk, the 65 tasted more of the complex red wine. So I will go 70 to 75 next run. Huge fans on this girl for sure. Im glad I talked to u I was thinking of culling her out but Ill see if I can dial her in better and increase my quality and yield.

I always say with this strain to people that's what kush is. Im not even sure why, but when I think of classic kush taste and smell this is the one.
