It's not an experience if you can't bring someone along. We will be there. He saw a few down south but this is it for me....Probably seeing everything beside WA and OR this fall.

There is nothing like smoking a joint in the ticket line as you enter a phish concert!

Will I be seeing you two in Vegas? Some other of your favorite KY folk will be celebrating Halloween weekend in sin city. Proves to be a blast. They are playing well.

"Meh" hahaha. Are you mad they didn't play wilson?

The wedge tweezer sand piper was so sick. People also said the simple was one of the best. Unfortunately, drank a little too much to remember it honestly.

And Dick's is special. Anyone that has seen phish there knows. Oh they KNOW.

I think they were just saying, relative to the summer tour it was about on par.

I admit, it's easy to critique from the couch. There were some highlights indeed. Namely the ones you mentioned. You didn't answer my question though Epi, will I be seeing you in Vegas?!

It was par for the course. YES, Dicks is special. It's got a festy vibe, weed is legal and let's face it, it's COLORADO! Phish loves playing there. I loved the lushington Gag

Word up! Excited my friend. Excited about the deadheadog and the tom hill cross. That sounds like heart racey weed. Perfect for late nights in sin city

Miami for new years?

I'm going to put in the lotto for NYE. I will already be in West Palm and me and the miss will go out while my folks watch the little rover. Sounds like a perfect evening

The Simple jam 10.31.96 is next level material.

Crosseyed & Painless 11.02.96 has the gnarliest guitar tone/solo in the history of the multiverse. Trey was on fire. The Antelope that follows is one of, if not the best antelope ever. The energy is palpable.

Treys gratuitous blues/rock wanking has ruined many otherwise dope jams. But when he is on....

and Set II 4.4.98. All of it.

and the 98 Dayton Tube. WTF is that effect? Who is doing it? If you are familiar with the jam, you know what Im talking about. Whatever it is, it makes the jam reach next level status.

I think you're talking about Dayton 97 and that is an insane show. My first show actually and my one day wife was there too, we wouldn't meet for over ten years. Start to finished, 97 nutter center is sick

Yes. Dayton 97. Typo.

The AC/DC Bag>Psycho Killer, Its Ice, Steep and that Tube. I would have loved to be there.
I was at 4.4.98, which I consider a classic if only for the second set.

When everything aligns you get a show like that or a set like that. The energy is electric and you can literally feel it on your skin. Sounds corny but you feel like
you are being part of something that transcends the performer/audience relationship. You just can't understand until you experience it. Thats why its hopeless to
try to reach anyone who hates the grateful dead/phish without listening to them.

Or maybe it was the gel tabs/mushrooms.

I didn't make any of the island tour shows but they hold up on tape. Four gnarly nights of high frequency inspired phish. Alien shit
