My step dad was unhappy with the dry trimmer still had to have trimmers clean it up and they charged him 200 per elbow. Yea he got raped i told him after it comes out of a dry trimmer it's hourly wage for trimmers. But hey I'm not stuck on the twister if there's better ways there's better ways I'm here to live and learn from the best. I'm running really good strains the thought of them being turned into mids does sound scary back to the drawing boards and a trip to nevada city possibly

You clean it up less than you do with a twister. Same crows feet and stem tail, but the dry trimmer doesn't leave your buds shaggy.

This NLXBB is a november strain. Pretty excited to see how much more its going to grow. Funny thing, it only started showing its first signs of flowering a couple days ago.

Yea. Its cuttable in the 65 day range. But Its super mold resistant and can take the bad weather... at least in my climate zone. I'm still waiting for their "august" stretch.

Saw the biggest plants Ive ever seen today man. Massive wooden boxes built out of pallets. I thought it was gonna be ghetto but the beds were really nice actually. I remember you saying you might build
10x10. This dudes were 6x10 but on a hillside and deep as hell. He said that if you go any wider it gets
hard to work on the plants. You have to build planks to walk around on that reach over the box. He only does 30 plants and never pulled less than 300 6 years in a row. Said average is usually 13. He uses sooo much fucking bat guano its ridiculous. Ill try to get some pics.

I'm sure it gets difficult to work on plants that start three feet off the ground. Not a fan of pallet beds. I dont think this plant needs more than 18-24" of good soil. These chems seem to be very happy and twice the size of my 5lb chems last year.

He has these pipes hooked to a pressure system he oxygenates his beds with. The guy has a masters in engineering and is insanely smart. Ive seen 25 plus large scale gardens over the years in person and never seen anything like this
guys plants. All uniform, All bigger than any Id ever seen. Figured Id say since were both looking at wooden boxes. Build your beds however you want, I could care less.

Couldn't imagine anyone would care how I build my boxes. I'm just a dude in the woods watching the grass grow. All I'm saying is theres a lot of different ways to do this well. It seems like the longer someone is in the same location working with the same dirt, the better they do. Beyond drainage, I'm not convinced any one type of container is better than the other.

Big plant formula seems to be...

Yards of great soil, good drainage, tons of water, Full Sun, and solid genetics.

"Yards of great soil, good drainage, tons of water, Full Sun, and solid genetics."
This is correct. We all know and try to emulate those conditions. But theres also some cool less meat and potatoes type of shit too learn as well.

Was stoked to show and discuss this killer set-up which I learned a lot about and how this dude grows these plants on the cheapest fert regimen ive ever seen. You post a picture of your plants and say "twice the size of my 5lbs last year"......Dont worry all mighty king of king growers, I shall not clutter your
thread with meaningless topics again.

My Chems are in year two soil. I was trying to express how even they were growing, unlike some of my other strains in year one soil. Wasn't trying to dismiss your friends technique. Sounds like he's killing it, I just have a different philosophy. Anyway my friend, I hope you crush it this year. Your garden looks great and you obviously put in a lot of hard work.

People are hella sensitive about things that don't matter. Guys acting like you just said his girl was ugly[/QUOTE

Yea, I imagine were all a little stressed out right now. It's been a long season, and now comes the season of "protecting your shit." I think people on this site are getting a little more touchy as we get close to the finish line.

Sounds like Big Easy spends his nights watching his plants through some NV goggles searching for thieves. I'm thinking that would make anyone a little edgy. Couple that with a few tours in the middle east, and I think he deserves a pass.

Chem 4 is pretty easy to grow, but I still love how uniform it looks. Again not the biggest plant, but It packs on a lot per square foot.

Make some gh modifications like BYF radiant gravel floor, But I'm also going to dig down a few feet to buy myself some more height. Might even build a couple more houses.

I also got gifted some great new seeds and genetics, so I will be hunting for next years new additions.

So my rancher neighbors just turned off my deeded 4" water source. Can't get a water delivery today, so I'm kind of stuck with letting them die, or using my well water. My well is extremely high in iron. Even after two stage filtration only a vampire would enjoy it.

Anyone know anything about the effects of high iron on plants? I should of had my 3,000 full just in case this happened, but I got lazy and its empty.
