Hempy buckets with coco watered daily to runoff blow away regular, or any other type pot. Do a side-by-side and you will see.

I did & i seen no great differences in yield .
3 gallon coco hempys ....

& 3 gallon squares DTW ....

the 3 gallon DTW gave me about 2 oz's more than the hempys . same lights same room , same feeds .... same everything . no real difference .

same here dans, just couldent see any differance

It's hand watering that makes the difference in coco Hempys. Drippers would not make as much a difference. When you drench plants daily with a heavy watering to runoff, you are increasing the dissolved oxygen dramatically, and that's what makes the difference. The "fresh" water displaces water that is already somewhat oxygen depleted. That's been my observation, and I believe 100GramOz had the same experience in his coco thread. It does waste more nutrients though. May not be worth it to you, depending on nutrient costs. Not knocking other methods. Just have had my best results that way, as have others.

I'm thinking of trying a couple hempys made by using a #5 pot sitting in a five gallon bucket. This will leave about 4-5 inches below the pot for a little rez. I'm a little concerned that they would be growing roots in what would basically be their run off. Maybe with enough water it would keep it "fresh".

Anyway, here are some pics of my glue scrog at day 30.

The top of the canopy is only about 18 inches from my Gavita so I'm stuck on the 600 watt setting so I'm not sure if I'll hit my goal of 40 zips. Should be north of 32 though. If I could get this canopy 36 inches from the light I could rock it at 1000 or 1150 and hit 40 for sure.

Your amazing dude ! hand fed or dripper fed , they're going to get the same amount of feed & O2 . lol

Wrong, but I am not here to argue with you. You are going to get considerably more O2 with a complete replacement of the water in the bucket by a heavy drench all at once, replacing all the oxygen depleted water with fresh, and renewing the rez totally, not a drop at a time. That is the difference. We've been over this in the Hempy/Coco thread. Pouring a large amount of water/feed at the same time bubbles up the mix, providing more dissolved oxygen. But it's whatever makes you happy. As long as you are happy with your method, that's all that counts. Not trying to convert you. My suggestion was to whadeezlrg as something to try, if you don't mind using more nutes and dumping the runoff. I have done it every which way, and gotten my best results with the method I described. To each his own. There's no "one way" of doing things that is written in stone. I try all kinds of different things, and stick with those that work best for me.

how long is GG4 taking for people to root in rapid rooters ? or soil.. just because ive had these things for a few now.. and they just seem like they wont root lol. there happy as fuck.. nice and green.. not drooping at all.. just not rooting.. the other clones I put into rapid rooters at the exact same day I put the GG4 into rapid rooters.. and the other clones I have are rooted and transplanted... I was told the gg4 is a quick rooter for ez cloners and aero cloners..

just hoping these stay alive .. lol. I really don't wana lose the GG4 before I even get to flower her out.

I get the normal 7 days rooting of the glue. 13 days and I have full hairy white roots ready to pot. now if I can get my og ghost to root id be happy. 1/4 is my record on cloning this plant (og ghost).

whats your cloning procedure?

I have a 25 site aero cloner, ph to 5.8, no other additives. 2x4' t8 6500k bulbs on 18/6. water changes every 7 days. 1 small air stone in bubbler.
