Testing the waters with a single panama, nice looking girl! Looking forward to running the rest of these. Dubi does this look like the green pheno or is it too early to tell?

Here is my panama that I keep around... Green pheno, finish in 12-13 weeks, roots in 10 days easily. This run I topped it to see how it would react. I have another that is much bushier than this one that just went into flower.

Just a branch.

Hi bigshrimp, looks like a green pheno to me, if you haven't seen any pink/reddish pistil at this point then is most probably a green pheno.

Thanks also to growingcrazy, baokubu, warcraft74, Panacanna and bwoyrude for sharing your pics :)

This is my first post on this site and I wanted to say hi to all the fellow Panama growers here. I'll be joining you shortly. (cash goes in the mail tomorrow!). Having e-mailed back and forth a couple times and having all my questions and concerns taken care of promptly, I feel confident in my decision on genetics/breeder and payment method. Also will have Malawi and Purple Haze Thai to play with! Right now I have c99 (kos) and Williams Wonder(sick-meds) going for a second round...started out with ******s(good stuff!!),think im ready for something a little more interesting, yes? lol...

We look forward to see your panama growing! The Malawi is also on of my favorites, I always have some malawi around... I also just got done with a 28 week purple haze x thai, get ready for a super energetic sativa high. I will be breeding a malawi male with a phaze x thai in the next couple of months.

Anyways, good to have you on board LB69!

Hey Guys, i loved to seed these red Panama Plant... the description of the high was also nice, so i ordered me two fem. Panama Seeds. They had sent me only one but it germinated fast and became a beautiful and healthy Plant @ my south window.

2 or 3 days...

The background is a famous picture book(from Janosch) from my childhood... :biglaugh:

She must be around six weeks old now... :huggg:

she's beautiful, mitsuharu. i have five of them going in my backyard soil right now - they should start flowering in the next two weeks! i started the seeds at the end of may, and they only get a few hours of direct sun because i have them hidden within the confines of a bunch of tomato plants, but they should yield i'm hoping around 5 oz's all together. one is really vigorous and a brighter green than the others - it must be the green pheno. i'll take some snapshots towards the end of flower and of course dry bud shots with a review :)

ED!T: she smells very strong, you already need a carbon filter in vegetative period!

7 weeks old, daylight only @my window. :)

The side branches already growing good, i wonder if she'll respond good to topping? Or maybe i should bondage her head down?

ah, cool. i just wanted to know so i could compare them to mine that are only getting two hours of direct sunlight. they are lagging a bit behind, but still making good progress.

The side branches already growing good, i wonder if she'll respond good to topping? Or maybe i should bondage her head down?

i topped my most vigorous plant, and it's like she didn't slow down at all lol... no noticeable stop to vertical growth really. she did start to fill out a bit more, but not much more than my other plants that i did not top. however, the two new top shoots are easier to tie down or train now that they're at an angle as opposed to going straight up. anyway, no harm in topping unless your plant is already overstressed.

man, panama is very vigorous in it's later vegetative stage.

Sounds good, i'll first cut the head... keeping an eye on the side branches(how they are coming) and then eventually tie down the tops... :)

I have one Panama going that I wanted to share. She's day 36 flower, Day 42 of short day photoperiod. She's about 43" tall or 1.1m, and is in a 3gal of soil. There were 45 days from Reg seed, sprout to 12/12. She's lit by 600w HPS, and 200w LED. I am very much enjoying growing her, and look forward to enjoying her sooon.
