IME Blueberry can suck just dried and be sublime a month later.

IME some blueberry can suck period and so can pretty much any of DJ's strains. There is this certain pheno I have found in a few dj strains that has almost no resin or the most pathetic trichomes I have ever seen. Not really relevent, just venting as I just had another no resin pheno pop up recently in F13.

Thats weird.. only got those type of phenos when I sprouted stress seeds.

My blueberry is not strong at all as far as f*ck you up potency, but its jar I reached for most based off not only that blueberry muffin exhale but also the quality of the high, had me feeling good, better mood, laughing, great for watching comedy. My one pheno of critical mass(purples and covered in trics) smashes me but I feel almost uncomftably high. Tried my pre 98 bubba and was out cold 30 minutes after taking few hits from bowl.

Mmmmm bubba... lol. So Dj was not kidding when he said he breeds for quality of the high.. but never understood really...

These strains even taste ok when they are quick dried, sometimes I do a nug if I'm out, and they have proper flavour to them, by no means does a cure make them more smelly.

Sativa based plants smell like hay when they are quick dried, they really need a slow dry and a proper cure to experience the most out of them. But yeah anything with cheese in,

It's not a good thing, when you have weed thats like that you end up not cureing ever, just dry it and smoke. It makes you lazy. But it eliminates the hours of holding yourself back from smoking your cureing stuff. It's not as good as cured weed but it's good enough for me. And if I spark up everyone wants to know what it is. But that's cos weed is shit here if you have to buy it

Must be a good problem to have... I wonder if some seeds companies are more known to breed these type of tasty strains???

I know this is a discussion about strains, and not grow techniques, but I had to bring up something that has been mentioned before. Flushing plants and letting them use up all the extra nutrients. Then letting the plant start to fade to autumn type colors in the last couple weeks. It will bring out a much better smoke, more quickly, than when you harvest a fully green, and still chlorophyll filled plant.

The overall taste is still going to be highly dependent on the strain, but I just wanted to bring it up, flushing with water only for the last couple weeks of flowering is a cheap and easy way to improve smoke of fresh herbs.

Thanks seedsoffreedom!! Advise is always welcomed and appreciated! Sweet. I think with this I can narrow it down to the strain....
