Sweet baby Jesus is right!!

Those plants are incredible, looks to be vegging strong still. That should change soon and by the looks of it your plants have extra battery for days. Amazing plants.

Go grab the tennis ball and play with your pooch for a while. I would say bring him down to the river for some swimming, but he looks like he would sink like a rock. Too much muscle, my wife tells me I have the same problem.

Also, is that overhead drip you have going? How does that work compared to running along the ground and why do you prefer it up? One of my family members has a little vineyard and that is how he supplies his grapes.

Nice pono.

So i couldnt find any big bamboo on my last trip to town but i went to home depot and they had 8-foot green plastic plant stakes that are about an inch thick, Has anybody used those big green stakes? Or should i return them and try to find bamboo? they seem sturdy enough but not sure if maybe the plastic is bad.

I use the green stakes and they work pretty well. Lots of grow containers are plastic........

i was just worried maybe the intense sun would fuck with the plastic or something? the last thing we need is our frames snapping in a couple months when they are holding up big colas. i think they will be fine

I would return that for sure. It will be fine for this season, and they wont break on you. However, if you plan on using them next season they wont hold up. Get some t-posts, or bamboo. Those supports you are talking about are garbage for the most part. Good luck.

Also Shcrews, I believe you were the one asking about drip systems in your thread. Just wanted to give you a heads up I installed 200ft of 5/8 poly tubing, 100ft of 1/4 poly tubing, and 100 10 gph self flushing emitters for a total cost of $300. The system works great, no complaints. Feeds 20+ plants at the moment.

:yeahthats

Warthog and Overgrow Just wondering why the pots and not in the ground. How often is the watering? Thinking about doing pots but my native soil is really nice and I might just end up doing more work than what it's worth.

Thanks man, means a lot coming from you bro!

HAHA, no it wasn't a matter of ease that sent me back east, but a boss that turned out to be a tweaker with little respect for the sacred herb... that kinda scene

My native soil is very nice in my plot.. loam/clay with lots of worms.. thing is we get lots of storms around here, and my plot is in a flood prone area.. iv'e lost whole crops due to flooding, so I ain't chancin it..
