What kind of help u need? You have started normal seeds or autoflowers? You have about 3-4 weeks of veg period now...

just some regular bag seeds, no help really just wondering if i still had enough time to get something off them seems like you summed it up so with 3-4 weeks of veg time they should get around a foot or 2 tall? and when they start to flower they'll stretch too right? the seeds came from some really good weed i germed 4 beans all different strains, each seed was the only seed i found in an oz of each strain so that means there's a good chance they'll be female or does that mean they'll be a tranny?

Basically yes but you will get something. Your plants will be very small. I think you have closer to 3 weeks of veg time than 4 and it will take your plants a week to sprout. If you don't care about having the seeds for next season then you have nothing to lose. If you would save them after knowing you wont get much then save them.

Sounds like you are on the right track to find out. When does your first freeze come down? Do they apear more Sat, or Indica dom? What where the buds they came out of like?

Good luck.

ok so here are some pics of the weeds the seeds came out of and a little bit about them:

2 of the seeds are about 5-6 years old so i dont even know if they're gonna sprout. one of those 2 i completely forgot what it came from so that's like a mystery seed.

the other seed out of the 2 came out of the same weed i grew back in 09 so the seed im planting could be a sister of these plants or a brother(hopefully not)

now this^ was 2 seeds in one pot i got about 3 ounces off of this i lucked out they were both females

this one i got was a grower playing around with breeding i got sold this for $200 a oz cause it was leafy im assuming from the high and the skinny leaves on the buds it was leaning towards the sativa side(sorry but i have shitty lighting it has a lot of tricombs on it) this seed is about a year old:

this following one is leaning more towards the indica side it looks kinda OGish to me, this seed is a couple weeks old:

hope that helps, i dont know about you guys but im a weed hoarder i always save a bud or 2 out of every new strain i buy i have buds that have been sitting in jars for years lol.

I dont think its worth it.
Experienced growers will put out rooted clones taken from a mature mother plant to flower over the next 2 1/2 months, but thats about all you can do at this point.
seeds are a no-go.

clones can go out still.. another 7-10 days.. and the window is shut.. I personally.. I got 3 camo tarps I made into 40 gallon beds.. and im putting out a SOG of clones that are under lights 24/7.. because of the lights being on 24/7 wen I toss em out.. they will start to flower .. i had a mother that i wanted to put out.. so i just cut her up into 20 clones.. and im a put them out as a JUST INCASE SPOT.. so that if shit goes wrong i might have something to get by...

either gotta put clones or moms out now.. to get a free flower cycle....

Definitely not too late - probably.

Some plants stretch a lot during flowering.

I would get them big enough to withstand being nibbled on by a rabbit or grasshopper, for example bushy and 15 inches high, before putting them out. Just so they're vigorous enough for the outdoor environment.

I said probably because there could be an early frost, but that's the way it goes with outdoors.

yeah it's too late to save the seeds cause i already germed them, but i don't want them to get big really easier to hide. what time should i plant next year so they don't get too big around mid june?

at the 39th north parallel, if you already are germinating those beans, go ahead and plant them, it'll be all good, they'll grow and give you bud; the plants won't be big but they will grow enough to provide for some sweet home grown; better than just to throw those already germinating seeds away for sure; grow 'em, take some pics and show us how it went.

good luck!

will do! gotta hope they crack first lol. they've been in the paper towel for close to 40 hrs now and none of the 4 popped like i said a couple of them were 6 years old. i plan on putting the seeds in the ground tomorrow whether the pop or not.

How big is too big? They say anything later than the beginning of June is too late. Grow the seeds you have though, seeds will grow a little before they flower regardless of day length.. just not much.. but just enough to make a flower if the days are short.

like I said I toss shit out until flowering begins.. then stop.. I have a few plots of SOGs left to plant.

the thing is the past few years ive had plants stay out till mid October with no damage.. just purple nugs ... but those were just a few plants that took longer to finish up..

Never too late to start. At the very least gain some valuable experience and get set up early for the next round. Remember, the sun shines year round, grow accordingly.
