Definitely have a bit of bud rot, but not bad. It seems like its not there at all when growing, just when Im drying in the first 2-3 days somehow. From what I understand if it's there when it's drying it had to be there when it was growing too. I flushed her pretty hard for about 5 days prior to harvest, maybe that had something to do with it. Guess we'll see how the next one comes.
Speaking of her, here are some better pictures of her, big girl. Cut quite a few of her yellowing fans off yesterday and today, gonna keep doing so till harvest. Plan on chopping her on Thursday this week.

Do you know to pull the affected leaf to see if it comes away? If you ever see any discoloured leaves that's what you do if you suspect rot.
Also, when drying a crop with rot, cut as many leaves as close to the stem as possible to create air spaces within the buds and seek out any more rot that might be there.

Cool, was trimming them more than usual in the hopes that would helps.
I have heard about the leaf pull, but not sure if Im doing it right. I go and pull on the leaf and it doesnt seem to want to budge unless I basically rip it off or pull it at a severe angle. I've just seen some buds with what looks like very dark hairs to me that really resembles the start of bud rot. Only happens the to buds where they are still touching the stem. On some buds the outside has a nice vibrant color, then you pull a bud off and at the base where the stem is there will be a very very slight discoloration. On the good side its like a off white clean look, and on the other where the bud was pulled form the stem it has this slightly off color. Looks like a pale yellow, then then stems start to turn a brownish color if left moist.

ive been smoking the cleaner looking stuff. Even tried some of the "dirty" stuff and it didnt seem bad. No off smell or taste and didnt see anything under my little digital scope. How exactly do you do the leaf pull thing?

Nah, was thinking of that today actually. I use the same drying rack setup. Think I will spray it down with a bleach solution just in case.
The drying rack won't be the source of your rot. But it is a good idea to clean everything down anyway once you know it's been there. Botrytis spores don't multiply in dry conditions. Even buds affected with rot will be ok and won't rot down any further once the affected area is removed and it gets dry to a certain point.
Jarred up all the bb after 5 days, 3 in the bag in tiny disassembled buds. Looks good, I dont really see any bud rot. Maybe I just panicked and saw some darker spots where there were clusters of hairs packed and thought that was the start of rot. Had a lot of rot in the beginning of the year and did not want to deal with that shit again. I feel if I did have any I killed it and stopped it from spreading asap. The bb this time has a different smell. Not nearly as piney, more of a sweet lemon candy type of smell. Really liking it. Reminds me of some stuff I used to smoke 10 years ago.
Getting a db ready for flower and noticed it had a weird sort of mutation. The node started to grow out above the leaf it sprouted form by about a 1/4-1/2 inch. Just on that one node in the 3rd picture. Can't wait to flower out some more db!

Decided to run some bho today. Used about an oz of Bluebubble trim that was just finished drying. I took a few drops off the initial blast and purged it in my toaster oven and got very similar results to the Deathbubble shatter. It came out more shatter like initially I believe because I froze the butane before hand and kinda froze the tube while it was packed (maybe 10 minutes). I am winterizing the rest right now. Took a dab and it's pretty damn strong, nice mellow lemon candy flavor to it too.
Thanks for running these bro. I got some s1 of PKs original Deathbubble now Im gonna pop and do a side by side to evaluate and select for f2s. The stretchier phenos seem more powerful and way more terpenes to you? Hopefully I can find a 9 weeker like that, the 12 week phenos are nice as fuck and super powerful but I wanna keep the flower time to closer to ten weeks or less if possible. My nine weeker was more frosty but its funny cuz the long flower pheno that stretched like crazy didnt seem as frost (even though they are still frosty as fuck) but they tasted way stronger and more powerful and the taste really stuck on you more, seems like the stretchy one is more bang zoom to the fucking dome from the ones I had lol.

I was kinda surprised it looked so good. I thought there was still some moisture and it would be darker but didnt look bad at all. Thanks man 
I'd say your description is pretty much spot on. The stretchier one (#2) is good, but I only really smoked it in the shatter form. The buds werent that great, think I screwed em up somehow. Wasnt much flavor, but was really frosty. Strongest shatter I have ever had to date. The tops of the buds at the very top of the canopy seem to have died out. They feel hard and kinda crumbly like I could pick them off and smoke them right there and then. It's happening again this go. Not sure if its too close to the light (couldnt have been last time, was the lowest plant in canopy last time) or what.
The other db (#1) has great flavor. Exactly like you say, stays with you for awhile. I personally prefer it since it is easier for me to grow. I have fucked up #2 twice now, maybe on the third go I'll get it. I feel that #2 may be stronger, but I havnt been able to grow it out properly yet. #1 is really strong too though. Flowering some now and cant wait to make some wax from it, should be amazing flavor, and super strong.

Chopped down the big bb tonight. Took quite awhile. Lots of big colas on this girl. Nice and frosty too. Should be a good yield. there's actually a lot more than it looks like in the second picture.
