It starts getting expensive with the automation....I don't believe theres a parts list for the MkVa or any automated setup.

Yeah you pretty much have to sack the fuck up and figure it out yourself. Those are the parts i got with my kit minus some basic shit you eill figure oyt as you go. This is all off the shelf parts wuth super minimal customization
Windex makes a pretty good substitute for "snoop" or leak detection fluid when you are trying to find leaks.
I'd advise against teflon tape and use paste or something equivalent to loctite 545, you'll have much better luck.
If you are having issues with comp. fittings take a bit of time to make sure the tube where the ferrules compress on it has no scratches and isn't out of round.

Masters Pro Dope should be the standard for these types of things.
One of the best sealants I've seen, it wont degrade from chemicals, can handle very high pressures and doesn't dry or crack.
I've used it a lot at my previous job and we were working with pressures up to 10k PSI for grease equipment.
If you apply it right it doesn't end up inside the pipe(s) you want to keep it out of.
