alcohol is more addictive than pot, should we ban it? Alcohol is just as much a drug as other substances. Did the pope really think this through?

I don't pay any attention to the pope but his statement may influence voters when it comes to initiatives. I thought Christians are under the New Covenant where each one has a relationship with God apart from any mediator. The church was not built on Peter either historically since Paul was chosen to write the most of the church documents and start churches. Christians do not need a pope telling them what to think or do.

So, Francis doesn't want "drugs" like pot legalized, yet he bans the mafia who thrive when an artificial black market is created by drugs prohibition. Forgive my conspiracy theorist tendencies but I'm convinced that there is more to this story then meets the eye. The Vatican in general has it's hands in so many different "pots", who's to say they are not in someway linked to Big Pharma, Politicians, Corporations, and Greed. There are an estimated 300,000 deaths in the US that occur each year from pharmaceutical overdoses and the Pope or the Vatican has never said anything in regards to that. I find the Vatican's opposition to Pot as nothing more than botched coercion of the mainstream masses into doing what they are told so that the elites can control them more.

I can assure you all, that marijuana was created by God, for man to use as he sees fit.
PERIOD! Do certain drugs cauze damage to the lives of people ...yes. Cuz they run out of money.
Not eating food or drinking water will cause damage to peoples lives too.
Has Marijuana been created so toxic its unconsumable by humans....NO!
God created magic mushrooms too and theres poison in it thats actually beneficial in small doses.
Does needing food and water everyday, 4 or 5 times a day make us addicts?....NO.
Should we demonize food cuz people need it or they'll die...NO!
Making marijuana illegal is insanity. Its about control and greed. All political agenda.

I thank God he created Marijuana for us to use.

The Bible says that A man will have many troubles if he marries a woman, and he will be consumed with making her happy and not spending as much time with the Lord, (through the Holy Spirit, which every true believer recieves).
BUT.....
If a man cannot control his sexual urges, then he should marry and be the husband of 1 wife only. Its better to marry than to burn in hell. (Probably because they act out on these little boys that are in the priests office or whatever or have sex with woman out of wedlock secretly).

If they had just really followed the word of God, then these things wouldnt happen. God doesnt mind if a Priest gets married.
If a Priest can control himself and dedicates his life to God then great. If he cant control himself then get married.
Its right there, in the Bible, that they say they believe in and follow, but yet they are in error, and in sin, because they didnt really listen to what God said to do in the first place.
