I've never personally had a "let down experience". Although, the only cookies I have ever experienced was grown by me. Definitely not the holy grail as lots of members have already stated (if that will ever exist). It's a connoisseur smoke experience as well as many other strains I have tried in past. Fits into my preferred flavor profile. Pretty plant/flowers too. Still new-ish. All round fun strain IMO

im yet to smoke anything comparable to animal cookies...shit makes me a zombie, the one strain that always gets me high no matter what.

it's not the holy grail but it's nice to find a plant with the bag appeal, pleasant high, taste, trich coverage, and density like cookies has all in one...oh and id say make sure you know you smoked a legit cut....there are more fake gsc then any other plant ever

I'm just finishing up my last bowls of animal cookies. She's definitely a keeper in the stable. I love her vigor, flavor, and bag appeal. I took her down a about ten days early, and still love every hit down to the roach...

Animal Cookies was the best strain in our outdoor garden last year. the plants turned dark purple almost black with crazy internode spacing

So I smoked some GSC finally, good meds but I thought it was gonna be orgasmic from all the raving I heard...it was excellent but not the cure all to end all..Has anyone else had a let down experience?

Try a few more samples. Not that its holy grail by any means but i see such a wide variety in taste/quality with every sample i try. Shoot even ive gotten some different expression with slight feed tweaks...and though same look and tasty- not as doughy. And not many samples ive tried are as cookie dough flavored as they could be.

ive just harvested some gsc forum seeded to a waziristan ibl hashplant male.. you know thats going to be a resin crusted beast plan is to find a cookie dom pheno thats shorter strudier closer nodes and with more resin coverage , got a few 100 beans to shift though so sure il find some dank.. prob dust daywreaker next round if these turn out nice

old skool meets new. give them a few weeks to dry then they getting cracked.
with the forum clone is a love hate thing, i love the herb just hate the way she grows lol

I think Animal beats the other two vigor, and speed of vegg wise. She can yield when she likes the nutes you give her as well. So far Animal has been the easiest to grow between her and the forum. I have a buddy with platinum and complains about her slow vegg. Plus Animal clones so damn easy for me= 5-7 days which is always pleasing. hope this helps

To find the holy grail may ultimately lead to a disappointing experience. Smoke that shit one time and never have to partake in the experience again. I don't know what I like more. Getting high or the activity of trying in so many new possible ways yet to be discovered...? After some years I think the unknown future really gets my rocks off. Until then I'll just blaze the new flavors as they roll through and the queens will place themselves on the throne for awhile. Have fun fellas! Sometimes I forget that's what it's really about.

Rare Dankness made a forum cross and won't release it because 15% of the test population ended up with lots of male flower clusters. Any breeder working with real cookie clones is looking for a headache customer service wise, and an open pollination disaster grow wise.

Any breeder working with real cookie clones is looking for a headache customer service wise, and an open pollination disaster grow wise.

i've had a pretty high male ratio so far with my archive seeds samoas, put 4 into flower and all were male got 5 more headed to flower in a couple weeks so we'll see.
