Welcome Aquitaine,

Fatty Bubba has usually the very compact Bubba afghani structure, it doesn't need topping indoors to avoid unnecesary stretching, she likes to stretch very little.

You can top her outdoors to maximize the yield if you germinated her early in spring with enough veg time, although this would produce a very compact and leafy bushy structure typical of the afghanis, if that's the case then it's good to cut some big leaves that hide lateral branches to improve the ventilation and light penetration.

Best wishes!

I'm in.Haven't popped them yet, but soon.
For my summer grow ;)
For some reason I have take liking to afganis and I do have few good ones, made some crossings with finnish heritage plants, called Hidden love (mostly sativa, descendant of cindy99)and they proved to be quite impressive.
So, if I take Fatty Bubba and cross it with Hidden love....*mumbling........* (like a mad hatmaker ) ;)

Lucky to get mine from boutique, they are all gone now.

Really nice, so robust Rudiger.
Mine are much weaker, but they coming under natural light now.
From under 150 W light, so I expect that they will do much better from now on.

possibly slightly hungry but she is due a good feed anyway, they seem to eat nutes and soil pretty darn well, i'll use earth juice flowering brewed with the normal additives. These girls had 6-7 weeks veg and were in their current 11 litres for about 3 weeks before being flowered.. I moved the third girl through earlier today that has a much better soil mix to deal with this powerful light.. The first two are 3-4 feet and have been pinched once or twice to discourage any more stretch the third girl is a squatter plant that has been vegged for 7+ weeks and is still only about 18".

Fatties went to bigger pots today.
That's what I usually do, plant three times.

Hot weather has hit us, it's +26C outside and no wind, unusual here in Arctic Circle.
Sooooo, that means that fatties are going out to greenhouse.
Let's see what endless days outside do to them...

I'm posting some pictures when they get bit sturdier...

Thank you all for sharing your pics :)

sal opette, you have good eye! ;) The first is indeed more Bubba afghani influenced, the second one has more Orient Express chinese influence.

lost in a sea, Fatty Bubba likes strong feeding in flowering, nice structure in yours!

Good luck scai!

Hopefully we can see some nice Fatty Bubba flowers in a few months!

hey fatty fellas,

she started slow, then decided to be a beast, i fed her 15-15-15 + mic. @ ec 1,4 and got no reaction(in 0,3l), ec 1,6 made her go again! we are in veg:biggrin:

her heads are rooting now, strong musky coffee aroma when touched.

had a slight lock out on this girl, pH got slightly too acidic and ca uptake wasn't fast enough i don't think,, nothing major thankfully, growing very fast now.. these first two were in a very basic mix because i was waiting on supplies at the time..

Hi lost in sea,

Increase the feeding for the upcoming 2 weeks as long as they can handle it to get the best yield possible.
