Sweet Meat...
What's your Wood Choice...?
Thanks brother
Sweet smoky an finger lickin good wraps it up
I used Hickory .Im seeing post oak is favored by some .I think i might order abit .
Im curious if you or anyone else has tips for clean up .It was abit of a pain in the ass .Not simple like the grill .
I soaked in boiling hot water the racks an drip tray .Than srubbed with a lite soap an than wiped down the inside with a damp towel .Im thinkin of puttin tin foil on the drip tray .But i dont want to cause any temperature issues .I think one sheet on just the drip tray shouldnt hurt
any advice from the experienced is appreciated
