Yellow leaves, stunted growth...

I have a few issues I am aware of - My PH is too high and my temperature is also way too high. Both issues will be fixed in two days (getting a new exhaust and PH kit)...

My plants look pretty unhealthy. The second is about a week old the first and third are about 18 days. They are very stunted and leaves are yellowing. I think its because of my current issues and also I had the light (600w) too close... If I fix up my issues and just veg them for longer will I be able to make a recovery?

I don't think it's nutrient burn as I have yet to add any, I did however leave the perilite and coco mix for quite a while before using it, if that makes any difference.

I got similar problems with seedlings, my LEDs was too near from them, i resolved it by increasing distance, the LEDs was not heating them, i could hold my hand behind the lights for a long time, but was burning the seedlings.

Also the light was 24hrs on, i turned to 18/6 and the plants recovered, lost 3 seedlings until i discovered my lights was burning them, what got my attention was the cotyledon burned as mine.

I raised the light a few days ago but one of the plants has gotten much worse... All leaves now yellow no green left at all... Any chance she can survive or is she done for?

first need to know more information can you fill out the questions below?
Also seedlings should never be put into a big pot..... cups are much better until they get 2 sets of leaves going before being put in a pot. reason is it's very easy to over water and under water because the surrouding soil is either wet and no roots in the area to suck the water up so it sits in too moist of soil. If you just give it a little it can end up not being enough because the surrouding soil is dry and can take the water so you have to water just right. much easier to use proper pot/cup size.

SOIL:

How long has this problem been going on?
What STRAIN are you growing?
What was the establishing technique? (seed or clone?)
What is the age of your plants?
How long have they been in the soil mixture they are in now?
Were they in the same mixture when they were seedlings/smaller plant? If not, what mixture were they in before?
How Tall are the plants?
What PHASE (seedling, vegetative or flower) are the plants in?
What Technique are you using? (SOG, SCROG etc)
What size pots are you using? (Include how many subjects to pot)
What substrate/medium are you using? What brand of soil mixture are you using?(percentage of perlite, vermiculite...etc?)
What brand Nutrient's are you using?
How much of each nutrient are you using with how much water? *Knowing the brand is very helpful*
How often are you feeding?
If flowering, when did you switch over to using Bloom nutrients?
What order are you mixing your nutrients? (example: veg nutes 1st, bloom 2nd ect)
What is the TDS/EC/PPM of your nutrients used?
What is the pH of the "RUN-OFF"?
How often are you testing pH/ppm/EC/TDS?
What method of pH test was administered? Using Strips? pH pen?
How often are you watering?
When was your last feeding and how often are you feeding?
What size bulb are you using?
How old is your bulbs?
What is the distance to the canopy?

Is the fan blowing directly at plants?
Is the grow substrate constantly wet or moist?
Is your water HARD or SOFT?
What water are you using? Reverse Osmosis (RO)? Tap? Bottled? Well water? Distilled? Mineral Water?
If using tap water, what is the ppm/EC/TDS of the water right out of the tap?(Only if you have a tds pen)
If using RO,Distilled, mineral water, what is the ppm/EC/TDS without any additives?(Only if you have a tds pen)
Are you using water from a water softener?
Has plant been recently pruned, cloned or pinched?
