Certain teks, IIRC, were very simple and relied on tubing filling the reservoir once the water level dropped too low, and the air introduced that way had to be purged. Other teks used ballcock valves and valve boxes and you didn't need to worry about it... So it depends on what tek you go with.

It's been almost 20 years since I dabbled in those modifications though, so I don't remember the specifics. Once I found out about the perlite humidification method, the humidifier began collecting dust.

Last time I stopped in he said I was just in time for some lollipopping. Then he proceeded to trim off the sugar leaves of plants in week 6 of 12/12! WTF!!!

lol yea he thinks he's the shit becuz he's hooked up with some guys in cali that have been sending clones to him , but honestly they're not even as good as the bagseed strain that im developing as a breeding project lol he tells me plants can't go for too long and if a plant looses is smell as it over matures its a dud,,,, WOW !!! he does have a strain called lemon skunk that his older brother( Big TLEAF)my other uncle gave him from some seeds in the 70's ,,,,he's offering me all this other crap I just want than LEEEMON
