I think we are not understanding ea other lol.....If someone pop some s1gg#4 seeds where did they get them?? As far as I know there not out yet. If they did get some s1 and got duded plants that's a shame. I would help if I could.

My strains/genetics have been with me for a very long time. Anything new comes from seed. The only clone's I have got in the past year or longer was gg#4 and OG X Mango haze. It was well worth it IMO. There was one other that I lost in a mix up. It's a shame that this Phenomenon is popping up in this strain. Why have we not seen it in other cuts? very odd to me. Maybe no one knows what dudded looks like and they just keep growing these infected plants?

i think its only to be expected once it got to the point where people were make hundreds of clones and using stuff like avid and florimite,i mean you're supposed to wear a suit and respirator when applying that stuff,what do you expect it will do to a tender cutting? sort of like dipping a baby in mercury to keep colds away...
honestly its only to be expected,if you fill rooms with a bunch of s1's missing half the genetic code that would no doubt allow the plants to adapt better to a wider range of conditions and resist pest better there wouldnt be any need for repeated applications of avid and the like and there would be far fewer reports of super mites and broad mites and pm and all the other stuff thats seems so endemic in cali and colo...

Can the genetics of a clone really be damaged or is it just the line of cuts from a certain fucked up mother create the "duds"
Grower error.... has to be because we all know duds don't really exist these guys who never met each other including myself all got together made up this story about all getting the SAME symptoms from the SAME source and paid Greyskull and others to vouch for the duds to hide our grower error sounds reasonable. I'm a big boy not my first rodeo if I somehow screwed up a plant or two in my case which doesn't happen these days very often I wouldn't have said a peep because lets face it that shits embarrassing. But come on Unc lets drop the grower error thing its clear that's not it. I don't know what the hell was wrong with the cup gg4 but they were sprayed with something I don't know about you but I don't go spraying chems on my plants without a reason you may be on to something with that.
i would include under "grower error" taking clones you werent certain of into your garden...the phrase "caveat emptor" springs to mind...

dudds started happening on the sour dubble... the mother of the gorilla glue, around 2008
other plants have dudded, too... grape romulan showed it to me first

I've said my piece about Sunset a few times i'll leave it at that. And i'm not even really frustrated anymore its been about a month but the "Its you not the cut" thing kind of rubbed me the wrong way when I know its not ME

im just some guy who happens to own a camera and am growing this cut,im in no way responsible for anyone elses actions concerning gorilla glue,im not making seeds,im not selling cuts,i grow the plants and sell the buds,thats it...
i got no beef with sunset but occams razor suggests if everyone who is having this problem got their cuts from the same place the problem lies with the source,not the cutting itself since no one who got it passed friend to friend seems to have had the slightest problem...
