Raptors! 2400w

Hey fellow growers I've just started to plan my next grow I will list my plan to date;

3m x 1.5m x 2m grow tent
2 raptors (dual bulb) in a line 2400w hps
8" ram fan also inline
Mountain air carbon 1000x600
6" ram fan for fresh air in
100ltr flexi tank Rez
8 25ltr auto pots
60/40 hydro coco (pebs)
8 Barney's farm blue cheese

I've been researching for months on a good balanced nutrient profile to use with this grow system don't want hunky mess lol! Here goes:

Flair form green dream 1 part veg
Green fuse root
Nitrozyme
Mineral magic silicate
P.H 5.8 - 6.2
E.C 1-1.4
Lights on will be 24-27

I will do extensive training topping lollipoping bit of defoliation
I have a max of 75cm sq per plant canopy size for even growth and light penetration.
Will probs veg for 6-8 weeks

Flower nutes:

Flair form green dream bloom 1 part
Mineral magic
Bud blood or bud ignightor wk1-2
Big bud or Buddhas tree PK 9/18 from beginning of wk 3 to end of wk 6

Not to sure on what to use to finish them off probs give them 63-70 days flowering, will be PH 5.8 -6.2 .. EC 1.4-1.6/8

Would love any tips or advice on nutes or medium grow technique I've used the Buddhas tree it's good stuff.

never heard of green dream before so cant comment on them the buddahs tree is good stuff had my best yield using that thats why ive given it a go this time too i noticed premature yellowing when i used it early on plant magic calmag will stop them yellowing or add it from wk4 onwards

im trying out h&g topshooter to finish on this time seems to have good feedback al let ya know how i get on with it

sounds good the large autos work well i wouldnt recommend 60/40 for em though id put 4/5L of pebbles in bottom to cover air domes (make a big difference) then id use a 60/40 or 50/50 coco/perlite use autopots alot and that seems to be best way

hi mate thanks for the info.. i was thinking about putting 1-2" of growstones or super soil aerator.. then a 60-40 perlite and coco what nutes do you use with your autos mate? i dont fancy all the gunk from thick nutes clogging up the valves n all that lol

Ye certain foods can be tricky best thing to do is make sure you get a 16mm inline filter on your pipe from your tank this way it will filter out anything that would block your valves but it's not 100% organics can cause problems more so when using air cages........think the air helps progress bio films etc in nutes

But I'm a dutchmaster man for base nutes it's really pure food grade nutrient i use it for hydro aswell as coco I reckon their flower a & b is one of the best base foods on market and I've used most of them...... But canna coco is good to I've used the Buddhas tree meta boost with autopots that worked well. Green dream a friend of mine uses that but he uses it for simplicity doesn't use additives with it much.

Yeah the meta seems good .. If i ran big bud from wk 2-4 then buddhas tree 9/18 would tha be ok?

Meant to ask how your friends plants are using green dream? I want ot for just a base really need a yeild of like 8 per plant .. 8under 4 600w lol hopefully!

As long as u veg long enough in the autopot xl u should easily get 8 a plant I wouldn't bother with big bud it won't do you any favours..... follow the Buddhas tree plan and save the money you would be wasting on big bud it was a great product way back when it was dr hornbys big bud and importation laws weren't so strict now it's not so good...

As for base foods don't get too hung up on which to buy.most of them are 85% water they won't make or break your grow, knowing how to use a particular base food eg how strong at certain points.... Is a lot more important than which one to buy

Thanks northern i think im gna run the full buddhas tree line up with the green dream stuff see wha happens ill probs go for a 6-8 week veg see what there like ill post some pics in the nxt 2 days when its all up

50/50 canna coco/ perlite
8 BF blue cheese cuts ive been told its the "one" 8weeker or something

All advice welcome! Especially on nutrients and traing for multipe large colas as ive achieved this once boo lol

Just want you to know the Buddhas tree solar green isn't Silicic acid despite what they claim it's just normal silicon. It will still work aswell as other silicones but it's not Silicic acid like regulator (facilitator) as they'd have you believe.

i spoke to the buddhas tree guy steve (owner) he says his additive range is proberly the best in the country being a shop keeper i have had some good feedback with these nutes
