I thought making any concentrate: bubble, dry sift, bho or co2 is a felony.
Manufacture of controlled substance

as i said B4
I'm not doing my job, if I'm not committing a felony a day!

Federally , yes. But CA state law permits water hash and dry sift manufacturing. Possibly co2 as well since it is just air but idk.

Im sure its not difficult for the fuzz to figure out whats going on when they find cases of butane laying around the prop. Being down for 3-7 years is not worth it imo. If it must be done then it would be wise to not do it at the grow location. All they need to call it a "hash lab" is a tube and some butane containers. scary shit either way lol

If a company like Terra Tech has contracted with Eden Labs for a custom CO2 and putting out press releases, they're a publicly traded company albeit pink sheet crap, they're setting up a facility in Oakland to do canna extraction...I think that says something:

globenewswire dot com/news-release/2014/03/24/620622/10073678/en/Terra-Tech-Corp-Expands-Into-CBD-and-Botanical-Extraction.html

From what I understand in CA running a butane system, whether closed loop or not, is akin to running a meth lab. I guess people buying a few thousand dollar closed loop system are a bit smarter than the average person and taking more precautions in general.

Interesting read.California has extracting issues and I don't see anyone on our side working to reverse the 08 case. I don't have any links showing anyone with common sense getting prosecuted. Just a few from assclowns blowing themselves up and then going to jail.
Make no mistake, butane is illegal in Cal period. I just moved from Socal to Oregon. I "Alledgedly" ran a Terp for over 4 years without issue. However I didn't just fall off the truck, but was always just one silly phone call away from getting pinched.
Sooo keep your head down and always watch your six. Be willing to accept your punishment if it comes around.Good luck Cali brothers.

A good friend of mine in investments has a strong interest in canna stocks. He told me about terra tech a while ago, said they were worth checking out. But this is a f***ing power move. Really wish I could invest in some of these companies!

Is that dude a known tweaker?!?! Good lord! I hope I'm able to fall asleep tonight. That picture is surreal!

If so, who knows what he did to draw heat on himself. The cases of power5 outside though, obviously wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed:laughing:

Kind of what I was alluding to before regarding sharp tools lol. Darwin's theory of evolution . The sharp peeps are doing their due diligence and setting up things properly and the chances of problems minimalized. Shit happens though.

A little bird told me that he was disposing of cans in neighbors recycling bins. I also heard that he was evaporating tane inside, so I guess it's best he got pinched before he killed himself or someone else. Good riddance.

I was quite surprised to hear that cannabis and shrooms is all that came up in the search. He must have finished his stash before Eutweaka's finest showed up.

The three they let go had all the meth/tweaker-beakers on them:biggrin:

I couldn't imagine that he keeps very savory company. I had the displeasure of meeting him once in passing and that was enough. Too bad about that oven, though. I doubt anyone will be bidding on that at the police auction.
