What's some of your favorite horror movies IC?

O

OGShaman

Lots ... but in particular I found some of Rob Zombie's directorial work (co-staring his wife) on films like 'House of 1000 Corpses' and 'The Devil's Rejects' to be pretty disturbing. Especially the clown.

Honestly though the real world is scary enough.

The first two Hellraiser movies were awesome. Clive Barker is a true visionary. His books were usually better than the movies, but the Hellraiser movies are worth seeing.

I loved Pitch Black when it first came out. It had some spectacular visual scenes along with a great story and great acting. The sequels about Riddick were fun, but not exactly horror movies.

Jacob's Ladder is probably the worst movie you can ever see on acid. Lol. I don't know what my friends and I were thinking with that one. I have no desire to see that again sober or otherwise.

The Omen.

Imo, the original was excellent & the remake was also very good.

Insidous 2 was pretty good but I liked the original better. Insidous 3 looks intriguing but they're using a different director so who knows. Think the same director that did Insidous also directed The Conjuring which I loved.

Nothing scarier than Main Stream Media 24/7 Propaganda

That aside, it seems all horror movies contain a bit of truth, some more than others, and the things you would thing the most preposterous have more truth

Probably more of a thriller than horror but I loved that movie Red Dragon. Remake of a older movie Manhunter. Reminds me I need to find my Hannibal mask.

The Ring was a freaky movie. It had some good scares.

The sequel was fucking stupid.
