I got 2 GG#4 clones to root and are in 1gln pots.
After 7 days of veg under an 8bulb T5, they will be put into the breeding chamber to be hit by my Male Blueberry x SweetTooth.

The 1 GG#4 that was already rooted, is topped at the 4th node and all the branches under it have been topped as well.
Im stoked to grow out them seeds. Only 10 weeks before I germinate them. (Yes, Im counting chickens before they hatch).
I have plenty of cuts I can take and 2 males I can get clones from to re-do it if anything goes wrong.
So the seeds will be made no matter what! :dance013:
Next Cup Winner!???!

I think I judge my strains too hard. My Chemical Blue smells the best out of any strain Ive ever smelled. Its AAA+++.
Im still never satisfied and think I can get a strain even better. I should enter my Chemical Blue next year and see how she does.
Maybe enter the Bluerilla Glue? (GG#4 x Chemical Blue).

Sounds like an interesting combo!
I used to have a blueberry diesel that was pretty good.
Smelled like you had berries in your pocket.
I culled it though im a realllllll picky bastard myself...lol
How is the branch structure on the chem blue? The gg4 could use some buffer side brances.
If need or want help poppin seeds let me know im always down to play with new strains.
Really really want to find a killer haze too. Wish I coukd find an old cut of nevils.
Second choice would be super silver haze or ive had my eye on the super silver sour diesel haze from connisuer genetics. They have some real impressive test grows!
I wish I had been a seed tester earlier I would have loved to run a test for em on those beans!!!

Hell yea I built 4 tables for the price of one hydrofarm flood tray an since I didnt need them to flood only catch runoff they are perfect! Actually better if you ask me no water get trapped or stays in crevices it all dries in about 20 minites after watering.

They are made from polycarbonite just like the trays too. As long as you support them right they work really well.

Nice bread trays :)

They sag a bit in the middle but work great to get air movement all the way around the pot helps with the air pruning. I used to pick up my cloth pots an have roots coming out of the bottom, that doesnt happen anymore.

The Chemical Blue grows X-Mas tree style. Decent branching on her. The branches are thick and sturdy. No floppies at all. Ive never had to stake em. Im sure it will add great things to the GG#4. It should act as a buffer and shorten the side branching.

I will be sending out beans to testers, the server fund, and to the Bay.

Cant even say how amazed I am at the dtw drip system.
Im getting insane amounts of growth and the roots are going crazy...
Ive gotten small lil stringy roots popping oit of my geopots before but nothing like this.

right beast mode fo' sher ,those ladies are gonna throw some nice buds ....I always wonder about the size of the holes on a scrog ,wouldn't smaller holes be better at separating bud sites?

 I use Fibre Air pots too when I have Plants in Coir!
Don't rate the Pebbles mate Rockwool is much better because the Fibres will seperate every root but saying that USUALLY the roots don't take long before they hit the water in DWC (anyhow!)trust me to have the "slow moving" GSC forum cut supported by the rocks and not (to me) the reassuring Rockwool
My SFV Og is real slow moving too! :( that's back now in coir under T5's Smells Awesome! :woohoo:
A gg4 is yet to produce roots out of the bottom!(2 weeks today!) It looks to be unsettled :-/, maybe she's gonna settle in or maybe gg4 likes the feel of earth/etc
Has anyone else grown the gg4 via DWC?

I only use a small layer of pebbles on top to help keep in moisture an a small layer on bottom to discourage the soupy bottom.
