It was a soil issue, and an overwatering issue, and a pH issue. A poorly drained soil with an artificially low pH.
The good news is that the plant lived through the bungle and has resumed growth and shown signs of recovery. I hope some people are still interested in seeing it grown out and hopefully bred, I am.

Bear, there are def people interested. Keep it going, I really hope to see some breeding done. This is a great story for a dead, and growing enthusiast.
I've revived seedlings like that with kelp and big bloom since they are both are very light. But def get other opinions on that. It does look like Ph and overwater.
Monitor the ph closely at least until you get solid improvement.

You got an Aloe Vera plant?
Cut a leaf off, chop it up to make a 'sun tea' with it.
Gallon jar or bucket. Top open.
Keep it stirred or preferably put a bubbler in it.
Give it 24 hours, screen some for a folliar spray. Use the rest to water the plant, when it needs it.
Does amazing things for plants that are feeling poorly.
In a pinch I've even used a bottle of pure aloe vera juice from Whole Foods. Diluted down of course. About an oz. to a gallon of water.

i pre-chelate some of my hard to chelate organic supplements and using some of this stuff has really improved my plants performace. go to my albums.
everytime i repot to invigorate an unhappy plant i add rols, calcitic lime, little bit of dolomite lime, organic chicken manure, pre-chelated organic supplement (just a little bit goes a long way after pre-chelating) and seacrop ( 1 tbs./gallon). my albums have pictures of my plants and the pre-chelating tubs.

I think the population that these seeds came from was pretty homogenous, this plant has the same morphology as it's sister! Thats good! Nice sativa looking thing.

Thanks for all the helpful advice everyone, thats really one of the best things about this site. My thoughts for this particular plant are to just keep doing what I was doing with it's sister, since that seemed to work pretty well. I think its a little bit weak in general but thats probably to be expected.

It's looking better and better every day, I'll post a more recent picture soon. This plant is looking to be as sativa as it's departed sister and equally/more sativa looking than my Oldtimer's Haze seedlings of the same age!
Glad to see she's improved, had me concerned there.

The seedling is still recovering from whatever exactly was bothering it, but looks better each day. Very sativa expression, more I think than the sister.
She is the plant on the table in the white 'decorated' pot. On the ground is a Destroyer x Malawi clone that might grow alongside her but also might outgrow the greenhouse.
