You'll improve canopy penetration by switching the no idea but it yields, and strawberry kush around. There is more light in the middle of the canopy, which will benefit the shorter plants as they are further from the bulbs. Having taller plants on the outside decreases shading, ultimately increasing yield by allowing more light to pass to the lower buds. Killer setup though

Mister D -- I'll get on it, honestly it never crossed my mind cause it was the bigger plant I wanted it "between" the two lights so both sides got more light. It's by far my best genetics, so I was giving it preferential treatment.

But with 4 OG Karma's going in each room next week -- I'll probably be running at 750w on each to keep the heat down.

Bad news, OG shipped 5/8 of the lights. I didn't open the pallet up until I was leaving work... no ETA on the rest of them either. Pretty pissed.

And on top of that, the shop in town is raping me an extra $400 over eBay prices for lights and bulbs... I might just pay off my hood order with them and just buy nutes. They already get $150-200 a month for my nutes and dirt, y'all didn't have to chage me near retail for everything else. sucks, cause I work in sales and know the how it works... I'll just setup my own distributor accounts and order direct!

Two Karma's are better than one?

I've got some cleaning up to do of the wiring, and need 5 more of the new style Lumatek's to phase the two old ones out as backups

8" Exhaust, there'll be another 8" fan blowing air IN to the hoods

There's also a 6" fan blowing cool basement air into the room, and with all ballasts on 1000w -- for a total of 4,000w in here -- I'm staying at around 79-82deg. Going to add two portable Active Air units to try bringing temps down to around 72-74 (way cheaper than minisplits, by about $3,000)

Duct. Boring. Right now, it's drawing air OUT of the room (which is why I added the 6" blowing air IN)

And... a budding shot, week 5 of Strawberry Kush (on the left this time), Bubba Kush to it's right (and the Bubba is almost done... it's a 6 1/2 weeker)

By far, Bubba Kush is the BEST plant I grow. Extremely dense, covered in trichs, and super easy to trim. Doesn't fill in like normal tops, it's just popcorn all over the place. I love it.
