Tonight my woman and I are going for flavor, we are sippin on some

Took the I out of Irish and put it into some delicious California IPA's with some friends ...the drake's denogginizer, a nice Bear Racer 15 and Lagunitas Undercover Investigation Shutdown.. as much as we Canadians brag about our beer, really the west coast IPA scene just crushes... gotta give credit where due.

Yup! See that gallon jug behind the Glenlivet?

Its a gallon of 180 proof moonshine, with two more gallons right behind it...

Stepped my game up to a 26 Gallon still, am taking classes and hopefully apprentice at a distillery here soon. Am going to try to open a Whiskey/Bacon tasting room...

May I recommend Buffalo Trace and Woodford Reserve if you like to sip on bourbon.
