I am COO of The James Young Empowerment Center. We started teaching a social course for young students in Rochester NY, where graduation rate is barely 25%.
The schools social worker (college graduate) can barely read.
A dumbed down populace is easier to manipulate/control

That would be a very bad idea over here, considering the pigs shot a Scotsman carrying a table leg in a plastic bag because some donut reported a man with a shotgun and an Irish accent.. Oh and the blind man they tased because they thought his white stick was a Samurai sword.........
Yup, he looks a real danger, I can totally see how they thought that stick was a sword.......
I'm waiting to read about a teenage raver killed in a drone strike, because they thought his laser pen was a light saber.

Been such a mild winter here the hedgehogs have had a good time feeding & put on plenty of fat .
Now I know a lot of you americans can`t speak English proper like what I do but over here a fanny ain`t no butt , it rhymes with minge .
Mobility scooter , cost £6000 to make a Harley replica , limited to 4 mph & the 64yr old that drives it has been pulled over numerous times by police as they think he`s riding a motorcycle on the pavement .
