funny story. lived in japan for 10 years or so. no weed anywhere. built my first and only stealth cabinet over there. whole fooking thing was lined with 4ft flourescent tubes wired to external ballasts. small drip system inside. japanese are very private people and will totally respect your your personal space. that's what love motels are for!
