I cant wait to gorw some of this GG#4 outside I think its going to get huge!!!

You put it in a big hole and you should get 10 pounds plus. It yielded 50-60% more then all the comparable plants in my garden. It out yelded my largest plant (an OG) even though it was 1/2 the size.
If odor would be a problem for you, dont grow it. You could smell my one small 1.5 lb plant several hundred feet away. My whole neighborhood was abuzz with talk from buzybodies running up and down the road, asking what the horrible strong odor was, and if everyone else could smell it. I had to cycle a shotgun over the garden for the first time in 26 years at this place. The rippers ran away luckily. Ive never had rippers come before.

Ive got at least 25 kinds of bud to smoke over here, and I only smoke two kinds though. GG4 is one of the two.

Did you pick it on Halloween though? Are the buds hard? I saw the pic you posted of your dry outdoor dr purp the buds looked big but not that dense. Are the out door units fluffy

The buds are not dense like my OG. They are a medium density, and have a strange soft feel to them. kind of velvety or something.

The surprise comes after you trim and weigh out your plants. The GG plant will beat your other plants. Maybe resin is heavy. It sure has more then its share. Its super easy to trim too. There is hardly anything to trim off after the shades are removed.

Sounds Great Dr. I am going to run those girls in 200 gal smarties and will document it. I love large trees. So if GG is number 1 on your list, can I ask what is number 2? And what's better than a shotgun to protect your girls. A Caucasian Mountain Shepherd. 200 pounds of unbelieveable terror.

I know what you're talking about. It yields a lot but the lbs are big because the flowers aren't very hard.

Oct 31 harvest?
I cant remember when I harvested it. I see a picture of the buds hanging with a date of 10-20 I think. It was late, but I feel that was because it went in the ground so late, and was indoors before that.

Here is an ounce to give you an idea of size.

You will kick ass this year!

My other favorite is the OGMango. Ive let all other mothers go, besides her and GG4.

The OGM isnt quite as strong as GG4, and can be smoked during the day,and still get things done to some extent. The flavor just blows me away. This was my largest plant.

I constantly sniff the OGM jars. We call it Huffing:biggrin:

Hey Dr. I waited 4 hours for Sunset to show up. And agreed, the guys at the cup bought their cut and should be able to do what they want with it. But, honor above money, I still feel that it should be gifted instead of sold. Am I wrong here? I was under the belief that Sunset only sold the cuts to get enough money to get into the Cup, since it was quite expensive. Oh well, I guess at some time it is going to go commercial. But honor still trumps in my books. Just my 2 cents worth.

Looking forward to the trees, your's looked great. Any pics of that mango and how did she yield?

Dr Purp - I've planted same strain at different times from indoor to outdoor and green house to outdoor and they all finish the same time as long as you don't put them out after mid July.

Hey Dr. Here is what you need to protect your investment. No shotgun needed. If fact, advertise to the rippers to come on over. That way you don't have to feed the hounds that day!!! 200 pounds of sheer terror. Works for me, ;)

Canna, if you want big trees, don't grow bubba Kush(peyote purp) as half your stuff

my neighbor crushes it with Platinum Bubba trees every year.... usually get at least 5lb per plant so i guess not that big of trees but they do get over 10 feet tall and very flavorful
