Sour Sage & Sage N Sour

I did some quick searching but wasn't seeing much, at least not any dedicated threads. I remember seeing this one around a couple of years back in seed form but haven't heard or seen any sign of it since. I was always fond of SAGE and diesels as well. I was wondering if anybody had any experience growing any, and also knew of the best seeds and where to try and get them.

I have a Sage n Sour clone flowering right now. Picked it up in Denver. It grows very thick but tall at the same time, vigorous, indica-like leaves, not too many bud sites (but the ones it has are thick). Phenos will no doubt vary. Smells like sour-diesel/skunk/coffee. Would imagine it is a good yielder.

I was a big fan of "damn sour" when I tried it, and this is the same cross but from different people.

Hey who dat is, TH Seeds made the original Sage n Sour. Haven't grown it yet but I have smoked it once. Very complex taste (multiple flavors all at once, from spicy to sour with hints of diesel and an exotic burning wood smell with other hints of things I couldn't describe at the time I smoked it) with a uplifting high. Been thinking about snagging a pack and looking for something like I smoked back then. GL on your hunt and take care 1

Thanks! I haven't smoked SAGE in awhile but I remember how great the high was. Couple that with sour diesel and maybe some of the lemony goodness packed in and that's what I'm after.

THSeeds have had hit n miss from what ive read as of the past 4+ years, back in 2006-2008 they were the bees knees. THSeeds TheHOG was the first and last let down i ever paid for out of my pocket. SAGE/SAGE n SOUR are two of the saving graces of THSeeds,

I agree. Sage is top shelf smoke and i havent smoked a sage cross that wasnt good. I cant wait to grow the sage and sour from th seeds and its next on the list

Im not sure how the guys and thseeds can get a bad reputtation. I buy and have bougth a bunch of seds and i consider thseeds to have some of the best varieties available. Most banks have one or 2 decent strains and the rest have been pollen chucked. Thseeds have a bunch of quality strains. MKultra slaps most of the og kush offerings right off the table. I would stack it up aganist DNA,Cali connect or Res pr anyday of the week. They cant touch mk.

Just going by reports on TH from friends that they're inconsistent. How are your germination rates on TH Seeds?
They are an older company providing strains that were big in the 90's. It wouldn't be inconceivable to think that they lost some moms and parental stock over the years.

Their pricing is the main reason why I dont own MKultra and sage n sour beans. I can't justify myself dropping that much on a 10 pack. Top Dawg seed co is about the only vendor I'll spend $150 a pack on

Ive smoked on some older cuts of sage and they're lights out good, same with mkultra. Grew a Burmese kush freebie that was straight up hay.

I have a Sage hybrid that I love just as much as the old Sage I used to buy off the street but with more of a crushing high. I'm going to make F2's with the remaining 13 seeds I have because I liked it so much.

Buy from Seedbay. Check out Karma Genetics, he offers a strain called Mirre that is Sage x Jack Herer. You could buy two of those packs for the price of one pack from TH if you so choose to. I have no experience with Mirre in particular but Karma doesnt disappoint.
Plus Karma posts on these forums so if you have questions or problems he's always here to help.

Ive never lost a package from here and the freebies are great. Good luck.

I just went and purchased my first recreational pot today. I saw some Zeta Sage (Pre 92 OG Kush x S.A.G.E.). Definitely has that sage smell.
