impressive performance by the seahawks no doubt...I definitely didn't see it playing out like that, but knew that things were gonna be interesting after the first snap goes back for a saftey on no accord of the D(which played a great game).

harvin got lucky on that one imho( a lot of plays across the league can be summed up as such) he made a cut left and somehow shakes all 3 broncos/ catches em on a bad angle and was gone...those missed tackles ultimately drove the nails into the coffin for denver...you could literally see peyton's master comeback plan dissolve.

great play shecock's...see ya next year! Niners gonna take what was rightfully ours(gonna stay bitter...what else can i say but, game recognize game.)

btw anyone else hear that rams owner bought a stadium sized lot between the oracle and the now closed hollywood park? Rams back to LA has been my wish for years, I'm guaranteed a 9er game in LA every season(unless somehow they start doing division games in london) Fingers crossed there's more to it than just trying have leverage in upcoming stadium contract negotiations coming in 2015....plus it would be great if the entire nfc west was actually in the west

"whats your deal?!"

if you disagree with my post thats fine, I just don't see what neg repping me accomplishes other than showing that you are nothing more than a hater?

and you guy's wonder why all the pro's on this site go elsewhere....

I really hate to get off topic, because I LOVE football, but:

you're happy the seahawks won dude, I get it,so much so that you were unable to see that I was just poking fun at the seattle sf rivalry and the fact that the 9ers were inches away from playing in the sb ...here is the post that you quoted and cut short "Niners gonna take what was rightfully ours(gonna stay bitter...what else can i say but, game recognize game.)"...simply repping my team and respecting the competition, if not for the running into the kicker penalty that should have been a roughing giving us a 1st... I can go on and on, but I won't. seattle got the W, we went home...theres nothing more to say about it than see ya next season shecocks.

I'm more careful in who I call a liar, especially when I know damn well what was said is the truth....don't let your mod status influence your reasoning, I'm sure you and other mod's on this site are well aware of the fact that many of the people that initially made this site great have been frequenting this place much less than in years past. I could give you names and examples but we both know it won't change much. Your aware of the guys I'm talking about already so it just rhetorical.

I don't post on this site to create waves man, and that was literally the FIRST neg rep I have gotten here in almost 5 years, so it was more of a shock than anything...figures it comes from a seahawks fan in an NFL thread though I imagine.

and FWIW if " thats the '49er's way...

it's called ..... BITCH~mode" is taken in the same context as my original statement you should take a page from your own book my friend, and keep your pathetic/negative/bull shit/lie of a statement to yourself no?

IF U don't like the place..... then move on.....

Well, I'm not going to flame you dude - but I do want to comment on this part of your post.

He got lucky? A lot of plays can be summed up as lucky? Perhaps some, yeah. But is it so hard to say that his lightening speed, agility, and on-point mental decision to cut at just the right time to shake all 3 defenders; on the RIGHT angle to be able to head for the endzone? Taking advantage of the silly little half-pooch kick that was obviously to try to avoid Percy getting the ball? Which caused all of the defenders to cluster to one part of the field allowing Percy to capitalize on trying to actually KEEP the ball away from him?

I thought it was purely magical... not only as a Seahawks fan, but as an NFL fan. This guy is out ALL year because of an injury after a huge contract and so much anticipation - then he gets back in the endzone to receive the kick - one time - in the Superbowl directly after half time with his team already up 22-0... He does what he is known for and has probably been dying to do all season long, gets a chance in the biggest game of the year, practically putting the nail in the coffin for the Payton and the Denver Broncos?

Call it what you want to call it, but I thought it was fucking EPIC. And I never use that word until I feel it is properly fitting.

49ers fans are so incredibly bitter. You guys dwell on these "almost" plays and bad officiating...

Bad officiating works in the favor of YOUR team too bro. Let's say that they did call roughing the kicker to give SF a first down. You don't know exactly how the rest of the game would've played out, do you?

Seattle was the better team this year with dominating defense. They deserved what was RIGHTFULLY THEIRS. Period.

Respect to you and the 49ers... but sometimes this starts to chap my hide when I, and many, many other "Shecocks" fans remain far more humble than your fanbase as a whole.

Not taking away from harvin's game he was going to have a nice return and the broncos plan definitely backfired, but in my opinion that play was more of a result of the broncos missed tackles...like I said, that's my opinion from what I saw....your description makes harvin out to be superman, I'm just not on board with that...harvin isn't Devin Hester...good player, absolutely but far from unstoppable..

He made the most of his opportunities, what else can be said. I for one would not want to pay him all that $ for 1 KRTD in the sb, seems kinda expensive to me....his track record suggests that he will miss at least 40% of the season with migraines...and that's a lot of cash for a 60% or less of the time player, luckily for seahawks he was good to go for the biggest game of the season and the lombardi makes everything better(kinda like bacon but silver)

really not dwelling on a thing, I know that what if's are nothing more than speculation...and we're headed into a long off season of said speculation across the league..

Bad officiating works in the favor of YOUR team too bro. Let's say that they did call roughing the kicker to give SF a first down. You don't know exactly how the rest of the game would've played out, do you?

Correct, and neither do you correct? Unfortunately bad calls happen and their impact is an unknown, but we can all agree that it's better to have the teams decide the winners and losers than the refs. You would feel the same if the tables were turned, and after it's all said and done it didn't suck to lose to seattle nearly as much as it sucked to lose to the giants in the way we did back in 2011

Seattle was the better team this year with dominating defense. They deserved what was RIGHTFULLY THE 49ers. Period.

like I said, "I can go on and on, but I won't. seattle got the W, we went home...theres nothing more to say about it than see ya next season shecocks.

it's football...I'm a passionate fan, I appreciate rivalries and the amount of shit talking that is allocated in the process...All teams have a shit fan or two...at least we can all agree(I hope) that the Raiders are the worst fans in football with seattle being a close 2nd ;) lol :moon: I can take it as well as I can dish it, and I try not to take the game too seriously, and in fact I feel like a little shit talking amongst friends makes the game that much more fun to watch. Although not all may see it as I do. Did ya hear that every time someone says forty-whiners a shecock gets it's wings?

at the end of the day it's all in good fun homie, and I hope you didn't get too worked up and we can keep this shit goin into next season.

See ya next season shecocks.

Haha nah brother I didn't get too worked up, although may have came across that way... You're right at the end of the day it is all in good fun indeed... And to be honest today was full of my Bronco friends and 49ers friends (yes, we do have 9ers fans here in WA) making excuses and taking away from Seattle as a team, so I'm a little more argumentative and douchey about the whole thing than I normally would be. That, and through my 900 posts on IC, I rarely ever even disagree with anyone on the canna forums (aside from blatant fools) just to keep the peace as much as possible lol - so every once in a while my true opinionated self may shine through time to time...

I don't think Harvin is superman by any means, and my description of the kickoff return TD was exaggerating a bit just to make my point lol. Shook a tackle, missed a tackle, tomato fuckin tomahtoe either way boss... Us "shecocks" fans have been awaiting Percy all year long... so for him to break to the endzone in the Superbowl, got us all hyped to finally match the hype temporarily. If he doesn't have a successful, FULL, season next year... well... He's just going to be another one of "them" with a big contract.

No hard feelings at all, and I'm ready for next season for some more bickering and disagreeing :tiphat: And to hell with Raider fans.. And to be honest dude, I agree, some Seahawks fans irritated the living fuck out of ME. Some... But man, a lot of you 49ers fans really, really run your mouths :)

Humble?
Lol

On the humble scale:

Seahawks fanbase > 49ers fanbase

I'd like to see a real demographic though

And if that was directed at my actual post: Yeah, I'm a pretty humble Seahawks fan. Check out some of my previous posts praising SF, and talking about how I actually rooted for them to take the Lombardi last year. And talking about how shitty Seattle's offense had played the last 5-6 games of the reg season. I'm an NFL fan, and a realist when it comes to these things, I don't embellish the shit out of my team... But, I had to crack at some point though, my apologies. Lol.

Go Hawks.

Maybe we should start a new thread right now, before we forget, called, NFL FOOTBALL 2014. If somebody does it, leave a note in this thread.

Sounds like a plan... Kinda funny we completed two full seasons in this thread. I'm not contributing to a threepeat haha.

Anyone else see Sherman's post game comments, which mostly centered on Peyton.

That's how a true professional conducts himself.

Grats to Sherman, and the rest of the Seahawks on a great season.

Onto Sept..........
