I think people will find that even if a breeder can lock in a high CBD trait that's fairly even across seed offspring growing conditions will dictate finished flower cannabinoid levels and guessing that fluctuates more than some would imagine.
Bring on the testing and scientific verification and things like this will get sorted out over time.

That CannaTsu looks like a winner for sure. Great numbers, especially for your first run with her!

Thanks Huel! (edited to remove my info oops...but oh do I love Colorado ) I will get that one dialed in and have a bunch of CannaTsu that came up from seed, as well as a SourTsunami and the Shack Attack pheno's and the Omrita RX that will pop next.
That CannaTsu smells fruity, kinda like a pineapple sweet tart. I wanna pop some of Lawrence's PineTsu too...wondering if it's similar.

You're not kidding! That's a good looking ratio. Both look decent for meds.... Just that the CannaTsu offers a lil ++ with the CBD effects.
So... is that CannaTsu a stoney type of effect, or more of a high? I'm looking for something to deal with migraines, and its either gonna be high CBD strain, or shrooms. In order to be functional, I'd really prefer to find a high CBD strain that works for me.

Smoked a bit of her last night - it has a high to it, moreso than I was expecting. It was pleasant and functional, kinda sent a shudder down my spine on first exhale. Surprised honestly given that my tolerance is so high, but it is a nice one. Keepin her around and helping out locals with offspring.
I've read that you only need tiny doses of psilocybin for headaches. It it works for you, a shroom tincture would let you get a consistent dose without a psychoactive effect.
A high CBD strain should help too. I just had my first Harlequin harvest last week. I haven't had a chance to test how well it works for severe pain.

Unlikely to be a minimum...more the target pheno...I think the most you can expect is a ~70% cbd dominance. With Shanti's fem'd seeds you may get a good pick with just a few though. Based on my experience with the various Tsu's, Cannatonics, etc. etc. etc. it takes several to find the keeper. But I have some CBD crews that I have to pop still, so no frame of reference on their beans specifically.

Yup, my mom seems much more willing to try RSO because I told her (IF I could find a CBD strain), that it won’t get her "high”. She seems unwilling to do it otherwise…Of course finding one is easier hoped for than achieved, (or it has been for me!)
…I first started to look into high CBD strains, (and Harlequin in particular), three years ago when Mesa started having seizures. I recently learned that people with AVN were able to SAVE their BONES with high CBD RSO and juicing…It oes w/o saying I’d much rather take RSO than go through another slow, painful bone death and joint replacement!
…I completely gave up on finding one, but now that my mom needs it too, I’m back on the hunt!
It’s just too bad that people horde these life saving strains…Sigh. I come here everyday to read about CBD, hoping I will find news about another CO disp. selling/giving out a CBD strain, (I worry there’s just not enough time to gamble on seeds.) It’s been a frustrating search, I love too many people who could benefit, so I can’t give up.
Glad to see CBD being discussed so much more! Spread the knowledge, TCG! Hopefully in time, this medicine and knowledge, will be so abundant that it will be there for the next family looking for a miracle, even if it can’t be mine.

attitude has a few high cbd strains from different breeders
CBD Crew Critical Mass is a pretty nice strain, a friend of mine grew it from seed last year. I forget how many he popped but they all appeared to be the same, very little phenotypical variance. They grew bushy like a typical indica but had narrow leaves for an indica. He never get them tested but it smokes like its a 1:1 ratio. The smell/flavor is just all sweetness and no funk, but for some reason it leaves a salty kind of taste in my mouth after i burn a spliff.
