Im looking for something with an amazing orange flavour like this orange bud that use to go round in the late 90's. I hear lots about tangerine dream cuts but what is the best orange flavour available TODAY in seed form? thanks

best orange flavour in seed form?

I've smoked TGAs Agent Orange and Jillybean which both have Orange Velvet (an unknown orange skunk) in the lineage. AO is more of a pure orange scent/flavor while Jillybean is more of an orange funk. I'm growing out a couple Jillybeans now and I think fishinnutt has 1 going too if you want to see what she looks like flowering. Good luck!

I will vote Agent Orange also, the orange taste is intense and the concentrates really taste like pure orange tangerines with a hint of skunk. Definitely would not call it the strongest strain but that taste I cant get enough of it!

^^^^ yup yup.......TGA gear sux for the most part, a couple strains worth a look though.

Subcool's TGA Jillybean!
I germinated 4 Jillybean seeds and wound up with 4 females, 2 have a baby spit-up kind of funky smell with a slight orange taste. The other 2 have this incredible orange soda smell and taste. I have gifted some buds of it to friends of mine and when they come over and we smoke as soon as I open the jar of the orange pheno they say JILLYBEAN! when the smell hits them. Very nice high with a slight creeper affect--maybe 15 minutes.
You hear a few people say Subcool's gear is bunk, I gotta say they don't know what they're talking about, just haters on Gypsy's bandwagon I suppose.
I've grown several of his strains and never had a problem.

tga agent orange ftw on taste and smell.. only thing is it lacks top end potency. I think ao is an orange skunk cross, jellybean is an orange velvet cross.

Another vote for Chimera C+, ans Bodhi's Blood Orange. I have a few old packs of Calizahr to go through when the time is right.

orange is one of my passion.
I've been working hard in selecting among tga agent orange seeds the most promising male to pass the orange smell and taste on his offsprings.
my results are very incouraging.
take in account to try them, easily you'll find orange.
don't know about jelly bean, I'm going to flower a batch of them, but not sure about their orangeness. (no orange at all rubbing the stem, but it's only in veg...)
Chimera c plus is a candy, but the blueberry diluite a bit the orange, you need the correct pheno.
tangerine dream ot tangie looked, smelled and tasted like nycdxg13haze from the past. not sure on her lineage, as seems to be very 'rare'.
I grew intensively nycdxghaze, but it's more on the grapefruit side of the citrous than orange.
all other 'orange' seeds, at least those who promised to be orange, were completely crap. orange bud, california orange, dutchman royal orange...
stay away.

Not the strongest, about a six on a ten point scale, but still a very nice high.
True inbred. I'm out to F4s now. They still develop a strong orange smell and flavor by harvest. Not some of the buds taste of orange. All the females strongly smell and taste of orange by harvest. Flowering takes about
eight - nine weeks from start to finish.
I believe Dutch Passion now offers Cali O only as fem. I've crossed Cali O. It carries it's orange flavor and taste into the cross. One cross was with "99" vintage AK-47. I've grown it out three times with five or six females flowered each grow. All the females from the cross developed an Orange Julian taste and flavor, a dreamy high, with AK's potency.
Seeds are now getting old. I need to crank up a batch of my AK-47 (F3s of the "99" vintage, buds still tastes of sandlewood) and Cali. O and make more seed. I've been thinking about donating seed. Anyone out there done it? Please PM me about how to do it safely.
I do not like DP because they do knock offs, as do many others.
However, some of their knock offs, such as, Cali O and White Widow(very strong),
are very nice.

Homegrewon fantaseeds calio is the best ive grown for orange/citrusy flavor but it was 2000 when i grew it but they still sell it. KC Brains cailiforia orange has good potency and a kick ass yield but the bud, as pretty as it is with its bright orange hairs isnt very orange tasting at all.
Sensi seeds cailfornia orange is an excellent veriatey with a huge yield and a fast finish + 49 days. Not much orange smelll but an excellent smoke.
All 3 had bright orange hairs and i think that plays into the name as much as taste..... i think. They all 4 fininshed very fast as well. 45 days or so.
