I went shoping 4 some potting soil. all bags say [if prossed in GA. may contain 40-70% pine bark] WTF I don't want that much pine bark.
so I bought
peat moss
black cow
mushroom compost
top soil

I'm far from a Southerner, as I'm about to demonstrate..

We took a trip to Atlanta last spring, and we're walking around the fancypants hotel, and I'm noticing.. "Honey, look at the mulch.. Is that all.. Is that f*cking pine needles?!" And literally, 3-6" deep. Pine needles.

Ended up meeting up with a local-to-the-area ICmagger, and he informed me that that's apparently a thing down South, to mulch with pine needles.. ?!

they farm crappy white pine down there for limber so its a byproduct of the lumber industry...
it makes a fine mulch,especially in clay or sandy soils which might otherwise be very alkaline...

Unreal ... they closed the GG thread !!! i have seen so many threads with much worse BS going on & they're still open .

frankly both of them are ruined already,too much chit chat in the pic thread,too many of the same frickin questions over and over in the glue thread,and somewhere around the 20th time some stranger hit me up for cuts i was already tired of it..so to be honest,if they close it i kinda dont care....

Some shrubs like acidic amendments. I had some red tip photinia bushes that just didn't grow. Called the county extention office and they recommended piling up pine needles aruond the bases. It worked. 2 years it was a privacy fence

any mulch is good mulch around here,old grass clipping,shredded newspaper...as long as it hold the water in....i better get that trailer soon since i need a crapload of mulch...

i tried a vapor pen today...those things are badass....im gonna need one for the handlebar bag i can tell you that right now...they would be perfect for those long otherwise boring stretches of road....stop and change tunes,grab a bite to eat and a drink,get back on the road with fresh tunes and hit that shit yo!
probably make those road miles blur by....
and even better its a usb charger so i can charge it off a solar panel strapped to the bike...
thats gonna be sweet...talk about nerd-vanna...im gonna have the gps,mp3 player and headlamp all charging off a solar panel strapped to the bike on my overpriced handlebar pack on my full suspension mountain bike with seat and frame packs plus a new techy backpack all stuffed full of lightweight camping gear....im having a small bike geek-gasm just thinking about it!

Yeah I was kinda shocked it went for as long as it did. But now maybe we can get back to doing what we do. Talking shit and growing buds with out the cut drama maybe.
Well I gave the grow shop 1 more chance and he did what he said he would do and some. He tossed in some 5 and 10 gallon air pots as samplers. So How do they work? Do you transplant like normal or use the air pot to finish in?

The micro vape v2 own works just awesome with pure fine GG4$ kief. You could sneak a hit Nywhere. No need to stop for a wind break to light up.

use the to finish in...you have to make sure and pack your medium down and leave space at the top otherwise they make a mess when you water...

Dr the Og Mango's are doing stellar. She is a very unique reeker. When you first whiff on her its a very nice sweet aroma,then on the back end its very rank,I cant really pinpoint it yet.

To me, it almost smells like some freaky sweet poison, while its budding. Dont worry, it cures out and becomes one of the most wonderful flavors, I can hardly wait for you to smoke some cured. If I get some pollen out of those pods on either OGM of GG4, that is going to be the cross to watch

Didn't understand that at 1st......but was it cause of violation of TOU?

Tomorrow is day 64 for my ladies......and my out of town company is leaving tomorrow as well, so I get to spend some quality time looking @ trichomes to see when chop is due. I want to take my known Satori at 70 days just like last time as it was perfect for me....but gotta check out the other ones

And.......bottom branch on one of the others snapped two days ago by accident. Hung till tonite...broke off not fully developed bud and microwaved until ready to smoke....and still gotta say it is better than anything I have been able to aquire around here. Cannot wait till I get a good cure on these.
