Snype inspired defunct SnypeMobile (RDWC)

So no pics yet. And this is not exiting really, but I would REALLY appreciate more help from you pros out there. Again, just trying to make some medicine for me and my brother. Trying to have to best stuff possible as far as quality.

The defunct part is....in putting together my SnypeMobile (Snype inspired RDWC) my dumbass cracked the pump housing on so I had to pull some bullshit to get this baby up. Bottom line is, it's a bit ghetto so don't judge her by her looks lol.

Note for me: Put girls into 48 hr flip last night 1/18/14.

These babies are some sort of mix, idk what really. TBH I'm such a dumb stoner sometimes.... Anyways I will be trying to get good pics up this go round.

Here's some stuff. Still about 24 more hours to go on the flip.

Here are my 4 prospects. There's 2 in the bottom right bucket. I dont think the back right one is going to make it. I put it in the system with not but a half inch single root on her because she was lagging and my dumbass didn't take but 4 clones.

Here you can witness more of my dumbassery. Notice how I have glued the ball valve upside down and there is nothing attached to the return manifold. This is due to the aforementioned fuckup where I cracked the pump housing.

And here, ladies and gentleman, is my crowning achievement LOL. So, since I did all the fucking up, what I had to do was stick a submersible pump in one of my buckets and return to this here can filter first and then back to the return bucket. Word to the wise here (I think): If you're going to deviate from Snype's setup and do something like add a different type of filter like I have here, you're going to have to consider getting a bigger pump. I have a 560 gph mag drive in this setup and I would consider going to even 800. This is, of course, assuming you aren't growing huge trees and have the possibility of clogging lines with roots.

If there are any requests for certain pictures with my trusty phone potato camera, feel free to ask.

Good luck with the grow paperchaser! Is the 48 hours in dark before 12/12 a common thing to do?

I think it varies from person to person. I personally have not had the opportunity to do a comparison test, but I believe it to help me flip to flower faster and encourage early budset.

No pics atm. It's really not that interesting. It's a small female that i super cropped way too late that only has like 10 nugs on it lol. BUT That's not what I'm here to talk about.

My system is clean. And when I say clean.....I mean my fucking buckets FOR THE FIRST TIME IN GOD KNOWS WHEN ARE SLIME FUCKING FREE. MORE SLIME FREE THAN WHEN I USED A FUCKING CHILLER LOL.

Let me share a bit of what I can attribute to this. First and foremost is recirculation. The design of these systems are phenomenal for recirculating your res contents at a rapid pace. Next has to be the filter. I didnt use the same filter as Snype, but the same principle applies I think. I couldn't tell you the science of it if I had a gun to my noggin, but the end result is nutrient solutions that are fucking CRYSTAL CLEAR. I am currently using floranova bloom which has been notoriously hard to dissolve IME. Well, no more. Mind you, this is my experience using a system that isn't even optimal because of my dumb ass fucking up the intended pump and having to implement a workaround. It's still leagues better than any homemade hydro system I've ever put together. Good stuff. I'll post pics sometime soon.

The strain is a beast. She vegges huge under leds.

Note for me: Put big mama in flower tonight.

So ya... I defoliated to the bone this big mama here and then put her in the flower cab. She was getting too big for the tent I had her in and was just being a pain so I decided to make her do some work.

The first run is still underway. It might get a bit cramped in there.

The last pic is of my homemade aerocloner. The basic principle is Snype's cloning formula + mag pump powerful enough to pressurize the system well enough + lots of air. In the bucket are lots of air stones, my Snype cloning nutrient solution and the pump. The pump is hooked to regular ass 1/2" vinyl tubing which I just plug those little green aero fitting into. Screw them in tight as fuck, then comes the important part. I had trouble trying to figure out how to leak proof the entire thing for a while. My trick is to use the same foam inserts you use to hold the clones in an aerocloner to port the pump power and air lines into the system (see pic). This way I just snap the bucket lid down and everything is sealed. Shit is cheap as it comes and it never fails. No domes, no consumables besides replacing the cheap ass air stones and foam inserts.

So I'm having a bit of an issue with the first girl I put into flower. She is showing calcium deficiency and I can't get her to drink. I flushed the system with RO water down to 100ppm. Then I added 100ppm of micro just to see if I can get her to drink a little. She is forest green (very dark green) and I am thinking she might be locked out of calcium due to nitrogen overfert. IDK. HALP!

K I think I figured out my problem here. I think my calcium and mag were so low that my roots were suffering and I was therefore locking macros out. I'm going to try to put some pics up soon. It's almost not worth it with my cheesy phone cam.

Good reading, thank you snype, going to collect the material for the setup you showed me, you might have convinced a dirt farmer to go to the water side.
