This is going to be interesting to manage.

Im going to flower pools 1 & 2 in a few days and veg this one with multiple topping for about 30-40 day lag behind the 1st pools.

Taking tops now and placing the clones into pools 1 & 2 for sexing.

I couldnt find kiddie pools big enough for my needs...How bout 400 gallon smart pots indoors? Also threw in some 65 gal to fill the space, still bigger than a kiddie pool...If this doesnt qualify, I wont post anymore, just seeing if I could get in with these. Since I think the idea behind all of it may be the same. More soil/medium, No?

As for a kiddie pool contest entry... Cant see that flying as any kind of pool unless you care to coat them in fiberglass, paint them blue and add flower stickers... lol What a tease tho... Thanks for sharing FE... :respect: EPIC...

Sup nic...

By show I mean a grow thread like you find over in Vert~Ville, soil and the like.

Grow thread's are a great way to get feed back, share ideas and grow as a grower ... You never know who will show up and add 2 cents or make make ya fall off ya chair rollen because of something said..

Good shows=Good times. ..

Technically smart pots are made of plastic... also falls inside the contest window.

You said you wanted competition so figured Id bring it..

You cant really compete with the available O2 with a kiddie pool, different areas for sure.
have a look... :tiphat:

You should have put the kiddie pool in felt pot. lol :2cents: Those are monster pots going to check out you grow now. But also don't quite see how it fits the criteria for the contest. Still time to get one of any size Mines still in backyard full of snow!!!:smoke: Keep'em green

What can I say brother,Earth.... Inspirational, comes to mind...
Thank you for the link to the show...K+++
Truly good show you pulled, packed with great in site's and making it into my note book for future goal's of mine...:respect:

You said you wanted competition
This,I did...

so figured Id bring it..
That,you did!!!

Still....
Those are smart pots.... An all together different evolutionary track...

I would bet you could give us a run for our money in a traditional Kiddie pool...
Perhaps a living soil no till organic KP off to the side someplace.
Where you can experiment and share your in sites on soils and such....

I've been chewing on this concept pool myself as come season 7.
I want to be chasing my desires in organic no till...
I love worms in my bonsai's...lol

You would need to come up with a few innovations I have not worked out as of yet....

How to water and drain as well as how to apply teas and increase yields over traditional beds...
Otherwise whats the point ? Right ?

In other words Im not talking about just a pool full of soil.
Im talking about creating an extremely comfortable environment
for beneficiary micros and such...
Im talking noticeably increased yields and flavors...
Im talking evolution man...

This could be a pool over pool or perhaps a small pool inside a large pool.
Maybe 1/2" pipes under the soil for floods increasing root growth due to ?
Air~Tea's ? I don't know but.... I do know...
If no one gets to it first... I will find out... lol
If you could only get a glimpse of the many different designs my minds eye has built,
you would be running 20 pools at a time..lol

This competition was meant to spark innovation, inspiration, community and dare I say...Evolution...

Kiddie pools are inexpensive, extreme versatility, sturdy and forgiving...
There for IMO are great for the beginner to the seasoned grower...
I've already learned so much from my few runs in pools and simply looking at any main stem/trunk of any of my ladies will tell you somethings working right... Blowing me away...haha...

Then again..
I could be wasting my time....
