Changed up the lighting on pool 1 as well...

Running a 430 hps with a 600 hps on top...

This pool is drinking 5 gallons every day or 2 and is growing like crazy. Using bamboo to move branches where I want them...




Pool 2 is filling and getting thick...

Im still playing with the air flow and trying to figure out the best mix of AC vs Exhaust... RH is way off during lights on... 45 at best... 30 at it's worst... Temps are good at 79 during lights on though...
Just waiting on sexes to show as I would like to pull a couple out of this pool....
Give the rest of them a little elbow room....

These things are going to good for as long as I need em to be...
Vac sealed~Individual Vac sealed bags and little jars... Into a darkened full glass jar... Which I was tempted to vac seal....But didn't... :biggrin:
Into a storage closet we never go into...

I unplugged all my fans one day because I'm a dumbass, and promptly left to go run my errands.

FUCK I LEFT THE FANS UNPLUGGED

Book it back to the house, 101*, 90% humidity. I felt like i was in the middle of panama. Plug fans back in, ahh MURICA

That picture just looks sketch as fuck to me LMAO. I know its just seeds but it could be anything ;)

Wow AD it's nice to be able to see how you have improved your growing style from when you first started very nice evolution at its finest...

It's nice to be able to look back and see that you are actually improving your grow style and goddamn over 5k watts of cfl? How the hell did you rig that fixture up? It actually doesn't look to bad for a cfl grow.

I can't wait to see your results from that L.E.D grow and hps mixed grow nice!


AD do you have any pics of any finished plants grown strictly under your led light that you can post? I am debating on finishing out this round of testing that I am flipping any day now with all led lights. The problem I have is I get cold feet and think they aren't gonna yield well then I break out the big gun the 1k hps even though last grow I did my 600 with 2 led panels one on each side of the 600 and had issues with my coco and was surprised that I yielded 15 zips dried and cured not bad I must say.

HAHA I made hood out of everything from bowls to lampshades...
Anything I could Zip tie,glue or screw a power stripe to...

I'll see if I can find some pics of a few...

Bro I loved the LED grown buds... Frostiest nugs I've had thus far and I ran a couple of the same strains under HPS a few times over and they had 3/4 of the frost level as the LED... I cant speak to yields for a comparison as I have not done enough LED grows to know anything useful in that department... Been watching you as a clue to be honest...

As for my run under the purple sun...

Started off with 6 Air pots with plants trained to the rim and a full canopy across the top when flowered...

I vegged under CFLs and have found my LED not so good for VEG.
Footprint being the biggest issue... Plants also just gave a weak vibe as well...


All packed together on one Blue tote...PPK style...






Which did me good...

If I could afford 9 more of these I would jump on it in a heart beat and change over to LED runs... As it stands Ill wait for the VERT rigs to come out of china for low budget mofos such as myself...

AD there is a company out of the UK they sell LEDs on eBay the name of them is vipar they are really good LEDs for the price. They are just as cheap as Chinese LEDs I am sure they are mass produced by the Chinese anyways. They also have led panels with the x2 lenses and also sell LEDs with 5w LEDs in them. Every panel I have gotten from them the LEDs are all similar in color and quality.

These are the panels I have they also don't run a million fans on one led light. They also have veg and flower mode switchable LEDs. My other led light I veg with is a blue and white switchable that I bought off ebay that thing works like a charm for veggin.

I think the key is with LEDs is to cover your whole area that is why I have 5 panels and 2 ufos this run I am thinking of running my 2 360w LEDs not rated at the wall I think they are 260w at the wall each one then I am gonna run my 300w panel that is rated at 200w at the wall and my 2 90w light house hydro ufos for side lighting so 3 led panels down the middle of the tent and 2 ufos for extra side lighting.

I think also a key thing to get a good harvest with LEDs u don't wanna over veg the plants because they aren't that good at penetrating canopy's. Even though my 1 panel with the X2 lenses has really good light penetration.

Well I might go for the led run the whole grow or atleast the first couple of weeks if I don't get scared I'll finish it out under LEDs.

Those buds do look pretty frosty that we're grown under LEDs very nice! I'll tell ya another thing that LEDs work really good for and I did finish a grow out with them is autoflowers I got some big fat solids buds grown under my blue and white led panel with autoflower. I think the Chinese also have those vert LEDs u just have to check out that Chinese site
Alibaba they have every led light and you buy them right from the manufacture.

Great insight bro..Thanks... My China cheap kicks ass. 3w bulbs and pulls a crazy watt from the wall.. Id have to check but want to say 280W-290W... After 10 minutes on... I got lucky... :woohoo:

Work some LED magic and hope to see how GSC look under the purple sun... :respect:


I got to learn how to build LED units and make a LED trellis & Vert LED fixture...

Call me crazy but that little board directing the air down.
Dropped the temp almost 10 degrees..
I was able to lower the temps to 75 with less AC...Nice!!!



OH.... It's on like Donkey Kong!!!


I should have kept pinching the tops...
Now im afraid to... Really don't want to stall these...
Going to take it easy on the fan pulling after stretch as well...



I gotz to get these pulled back a little...

Not having a place to Veg moms or clones ATM I may end up letting these ride in the pools and reveg the ones from the best ladies that show up...


Pool 1 clones have new growth going...


Some newer clones of F13 f2s...


Pool 3 is looking good to start the show...


Roots showing up the surfice and I added large stones under the flood pipes...

The "GSC" that I have stretched like a SON of a bitch. Like...WAY more than my OG's which hit the ceiling last time. I guess thats good considering there is a node like every half inch.

Doubt mine is real GSC, but I'm eager to see yours as you progress through flower to compare. My bitch is SUPER SUPER Minty smelling, so who knows.
