Sorry to hear about the seeds at PiM. Did you go to Santa Rosa or Sebastopol? They sure do have a lot of shit on the menu to be sold out of all seeds. :chin:

So I did a little reading on the seeds that I popped and now I'm really excited to see how this turns out.

The most potent strains I've smoked are Sour Bubble, Platinum Cookies, Pre '98 Bubba Kush, and Chem D. In that order. Not too much further down on the list would have to be some SSSDH (this is super silver sour diesel haze, right?) by Rez, so . . .

Cheese N Chaze - Exodus Cheese x SSSDH

Chemy Jones - Casey Jones x Chem bx2

Uhh... Sounds good to me :dance013: :woohoo: Any input?

So I met up with my buddy and this is what we put together in regards to creating a light trap fixture for my window unit A/C..
Anyone seen any potential issues? Input is needed!

Candyland clones

Their quarantine is almost complete, and the Candyland clones have been transplanted into 4 gallons black pots. So here's a recap of the process.

I got the clones and rinsed them off under the faucet RIGHT when I got home.

Then they were dipped in a mixture of ph'd water and Maxicrop liquid seaweed and then root soaked with the same mixture, then set out to dry in the darkness of an extra bathroom.

They were then were dipped in Neem and water, and root soaked with h202 after.

I will begin with Maxicrop and Floralicious feeding tomorrow (alternating between the two)

Sounds killer, I have some Chemy Jones comin as well as some White Jones...been wantin to run some CSG gear and I finally ordered some.

Nice, clean, looking grow Old School. Subbed.....
We just about grow the same. I use 65% FFOF soil with 35% FFChunky Perlite. I dont need to feed them but once or twice per grow.
I go from solo cups, to 1gln, to 3-5gln pots. Everytime I t/p, the soil gets recharged with fresh soil. Not much feeding required.
Im growing out CSG's ChemmyJones right now. Getting flipped in 2 weeks.
They look nice in veg so far. Great structure. GL with your beans.
I just popped 2 SourOG's. Pretty excited about those. :dance013:

Hey Overgrow! Welcome to my thread :biggrin:

Good to know that there are still people doing old school soil grows, most of my friends do hydro. Next batch of soil I mix up will be a about the same as your ratio maybe more like 60/40, trying to get better drainage. That's pretty impressive how little you have to feed.

I usually go from 1gln to 5gln as well. The Candylands are in 3's right now though.

You should document your Chemmy Jones grow on here! I would LOVE that. Sour OG? Sounds like you're going to be finding a keeper. I'm excited for you haha :dance013::woohoo:

Spent some time in the attic today so I could get this 6" exhaust fan going. It was hard balancing on those narrow beams while screwing down 2x4's to act as studs. There were spiders everywhere. Which really was unpleasant.

Thought I'd take a picture of what my veg intake looked like since I was up there. Here's the small inline fan that pulls air from the cab

OSG, been thinking about that baffle box...

That ac intakes through the bottom 2/3 of the face and exhausts through the top 1/3 right? The box cant be built like my drawing or else it will just be sucking in the air it cooled.

So this one has stacked boxes - intake and exhaust. Green rectangles are pc fans. Might not need a bottom fan, but the top may due to moving cold air up when it rather fall. You need more baffles than are depicted to unsure light doesn't make it through.

Check in Growroom Design and Equipment - someone can probably give you a more concrete idea of what to construct.

There is some reverse leaf curling going on with one of my Candylands. Does anybody know what this is? I've treated them with Neem oil and Maxicrop liquid seaweed. The leaf discoloration is tripping me out..

Using a product I got for free as a sample from a local hydro shop. "Tappin' Roots" Natural All Stages Plant Fertilizer. It doesn't state the N-P-K which is strange, but it says that it is for root production, vegatative develpoment, AND flowering. It's used at 6-8 tsp/gal of water. I use a 5/1 ration to be safe ... ph at 5.5

Im not sure about the leaf curl but if you just t/p'ed them, then give them a minute to adjust to the soil. I wouldnt feed them anything at this point in time. Maybe a drop of superthrive per gln of water, but thats about it.
Im smoking on some GrandoggyPurps this am. WhatAboutU?
