Journey of 1000 miles begins with the first step......You bout on 875 huh Kushy ?....:moon:.....

Major respect for a job well done , so don`t fuck up....lol.....JK....Hope yas get ta rest some of these days with fresh cured nugs from the sweat off yer balls from goin above and beyond the call of duty.....Oh and yeah....

Fire bad.....Hell I thought about installin Halon systems at my locations from sheer paranoia of not bein there 24/7 , but then I realized I had insurance and the thoughts passed since the dwellings were unoccupied....anyways....

Peace....DHF....:ying:....

Funny you say rest bro, I just got up from a 30 minute nap. with an alarm on my phone. Man I'm getting old. hehe but my body is catching up with my activity and the digging has actually gotten my lower back and stomach into good shape. my back hasn't troubled me much at all. My hands are weaker with age tho. Man its just harder to lift shit now. I can still man up and carry 4x8 three quarter ply down to the bunker. But I find myself now having to mentally get ready for it... not like when I was younger. hey no complaints here man, i tell ya my elbows aint touching wood.

Fire isn't fun I know that because I was a fireman for 13 years. I'm glad you made the decision to bail when you did.

Your room is coming along nicely. I'm looking forward to seeing it in action. It's got to be the most labor intensive grow room I've stumbled across.

Well more on ya and God bless you and thank you for your service Pakalolo!!

I'm sure you have made a great positive impact in this world by helping those out cursed by home and other fires. Home fires are so tragic and if you have never done one (and I do not reccomend you do) then you may not realize how easily fire can devastate and dislocate you and your family...

Bless all those who protect and quietly serve and minister to others.

"Prodex" is available online from Texas manuf. @ insulation4less.com Kushy......It`s rated R-16 compared to Reflectix`s rating of R-7 ?......Can`t remember......anyways....

It`s not bubblewrapped , but rather solid "innards" and is some good shit just lil pricey.....as far as the halon systems for my setups , the thought came and went with bouts of paranoia back in the day , but yeah a sprinkler system of some sort aimed accordingly would work I suppose......

I`m just proud I never had an issue in almost 20 yrs of croppin my ass off , but I went overkill with EVERYTHING down here in Hell for safety`s sake , and I suggest the same for ALL in non-legal states.......Overkill`s underrated.... bet on it.....

Keep strokin old man....Holler if I can help...

Peace....DHF.....:ying:.....

Thanks for the link. Looks like a great product. Seems like awefully high minimum buys and order quantities...? The links i found before on prodex were from ebay whose seller had a really high min buy. I just don't need that much and its pricey if you do not intend to use it all. no where to really store the leftover so that would all be waste.

I'm at it slow but sure. Making sure I have the two drains to the sump all well laid out before I can top off the floor and put up the lower walls. I think alot as I go... drift sometimes.. very...

Not really. I went shopping for a sump basin and pump. Posted this before but for all you DIYers out there, practically nothing beats a polyethelene gas can for budget minded folks. I bought this .3 hp sump to go with it after eyeballing them for fit in the store. This has 1 1/2 inch outlet.

Honestly, excavating underneath the "ledge" was the last thing on my mind at this point.

picture.php

Here I am doing a test hole to see what this is really going to take. See the piled up load of dirt to the right??? I'm staging dirt and dumping at dark at this point. very sleuthy and stealthy like, all cat man and shit sneaking about running down the hill to put another wheelbarrow in the collection spot that will need to be removed this spring....

picture.php

fuck me man, thats a lot of fucking dirt to go man. oh fuck me up the assbungholyhole. I'm fucked. I'm too fucking old for this shit but by now i'm starting to feel pretty taught and peppy like from this excercise. I realise I'm feeling pretty fucking fit these days. back down to my fucking scrappy you-do-not-want-this-shit-unloosed-on-you-or-your-kin fucking size. I'm liking my muscles and abs, so what the fuck. Lets keep digging.

Keep bangin' it out mckush. Might seem daunting now, but once this is finished you'll be glad you stuck it out. :respect: for the work ethic man.

sir you have quite the grow set up so thats just an enclosure to an attached deck huh?? I use a spare bedroom when will your first harvest be?

Not really sure at this point to be honest. I had to throw out my ambitions of 1/1/14 a while ago when it was obvious I was expanding my scope beyond my ability to do it by then. but I have changed my mind so many times on this project that it is good that I do not have a set date. I'm trying to give it my best effort so I can't do that and do it fast... i wish.
