Back to chemical nutes! for another round

So, I am just pretending that the first round with this new setup never happened, lol. There were so many factors involved, with the main one being that I can't just walk in and see them whenever I want. So I am back to using Ionic nutrients again. They are a no brainer with little to no chance of any of the weirdness that comes from using PBP or other nutes with organics in them.
It's just easier on both me and the plants with the chemical nutes.

Now these three big girls are ready to flower starting tomorrow and I hope to be able to carry though to the end this time, lol.

My nutes are Ionic grow and bloom, floralicious grow and bloom, kool bloom and running light ammounts of Flora Shield with the nutes. Nothing fancy, very straight forward and and easy.
Nice bright white healthy roots going on these girls.
Probably will be running the Open Sesame, Beastie Budz and Cha Ching with this run in half strength ammounts too.
Have a good evening.........

Ok, the switch is in and away it goes again. Looking excellent with the Ionic nutes and the roots are white as new fallen slow, lol
I love those 5gal bucket lid net pots, they really let the plants put out some nice roots.
Plants are actually almost bigger now than the ones were when I was 5 weeks into flower on the last round. Should be some nice giants in a few weeks. Happy growing........

Well it's not a full week later, but almost. lol
Just rolling along and growing like a ..... Well, like a weed actually

I love winter! Temps are easy to maintain and bugs are scarce. Perpetual winter would be my idea of a perfect indoor growing environment.
Good use of a 5X9 tent eh?

That Tub is 27gallons and I am looking forward to it being FULL of spaghetti in another couple weeks. Oh yea, the three of them are drinking approx. 10 gallons of nutes a day together. Thirsty girls

And another 5 days gone by and rolling right along. Buds are starting to show and the plants are strong and healthy. Going to clean out the bottom portions in the next day or two and then it's the long grind to the finish...
The roots are much happier this round too as you can see.

You do know that the Floralicious Grow & Bloom are both Organic base, right?
Yes I do. Meant that the base grow and bloom nutrients, Ionic, are chemical. The little bit of organics that the floralicious bring to the table is nothing like with the PBP grow and bloom and using Liquid Karma, etc...lol
At only 250ml per 50 gallons of mix as an additive, it's not likely to be an issue.

Just some pics to keep my grow record going on the every 5 day cycle. Coming along nicely. Trimmed out the bottoms and tied the main stalks up and a couple huge limbs to add extra support for the coming weight.
This is right before I tied them up.

Things are coming along nicely. Ladies are huge, buds are coming on quite well at coming up on 4 weeks in flower and no issues at all.
I put a rockstar can in for some scale on these pics. Sorry, no more root pics though. Too hard to do anything other than just peek and see if the air stones are bubbling like they are supposed to.
Happy growing........

Had some internet interuptus over the holidays, lol. So here are some nice pics from new years day. Will get some fresh ones today and post later too.

Everything is going along nicely still and it's buds, buds, buds everywhere.

This is the Mazar Afghani X Great white shark. Came with my friends grow box, lol.

Got the final tally of dried and cured buds from this round. Drum roll please..................................

3.25lbs from 3 plants!

Needless to say, I am satisfied with the results after the first round problems. Already have the next round in and vegging out a bit before I put them into flower. Got a bit BIGGER this next round. I let them let out a bit before I started bushing them up to try and get a bit more light penetration to the lower areas of the plant. Happy grower here!
