That's low, hope they have cheap power... we get that for our greenhouse at the clubs and 28-30 for ins but we only produce a couple dozen ins a year, mostly outdoor. Though next year I am hoping to do a lot of super high quality greenhouse.

quality control in big warehouses is no were near the same as a small 2-10k watt grow.. so to be honest top shelf will always have its place.. the people who go around being brokers.. is who need to get rid of.. honestly. cut them out.. and the grower makes wat he deserves.
and I second that.. next year my outdoor and greenhouse crops are going to be number one priority.. just got in contact with a dude whose been growing outdoors in my area for over 20 years.. so im getting some outdoor strains that do amazing in new England. I cannot wait.

I finally told a guy to pound sand after he kept low balling.........couple weeks later find out he got busted after dealing with shady characters. Save a penny to lose a dollar Karma will catch up with you.

This is my basic impression from having lived in Sonoma County.
Once the newspaper had an article about certain neighborhoods where a majority of houses are used for growing.
Then the question comes up - who are you going to sell to ? - with the economy being on the skids.
On the bright side - it's a great time to be a medical marijuana patient.
For example, I was looking at dispensaries in Humboldt & Washington State, found this one in Humboldt -

and i didn't switch my rooms as much as it just took over. the shit practically propagates itself and it veg's almost faster than i want it to. seeing as how i didn't want to throw em away and i sure as shit wasn't gong to whore these genes out like blue dream, i didn't really have much choice in the matter.
shitty iphone pic doesn't do her justice. all the way finished in 55 days, chunky as hell, stank to death with a wollop to match. my coolers runneth over. the few units i pulled down on the tiny initial test run flew out the door @28-30. and that was to friends—very happy, stoned stupid friends.meanwhile i've had to twist arms to get my master and bubba out for 22-24. you do the math.
edit: doc says 63 days. mine were done in 55 @ 1300ppm CO2. YMMV.
oh, and sure, there's a row of forum and animal in there for bragging rights too, but good luck making a fucking living off of that. unless of course you happen to be operating a storefront in garden grove and ass-raping...um, i mean, selling $75 eighths to overprivileged snotnose kids spending their parents' money. i'd rather slap them than even take money from them. the worst are the ones who live in their mothers' basements with a couple of 600 watters and act like they are king shit of cannabis from behind their punk ass screen name. imho the bay and other populated places are so used to mid grade outdoor that they think thats the only way outdoor comes...its fun to show people REAL outdoor organic buds that make their chemmed'out indoor look like schwilly lower buds off some sick plant. I went to harborside last week to get some hash on the way to the warrior game...i glanced at their flowers..even the top shelf looked like what my outs does after a few days neglected on the drying room floor lol
And dont get me started on dep, most dep ive seen is far superior to mersh indoor.
Gotta keep the outs above 17...for principle sake...there's principalities in this ..

i dont know...just saw a new batch of cookies that came out of a 50 lighter that was top shelf as fuck and they wanted 22...but then again they only got 1lb a light so you can definately make more running something else. surprised to see GSC so low but larger orders got the discounts... like sunset said, the clubs growing their own and breakin it all down to 60 dollar 8ths in socal are making the killing right now.
harborside is just shit quality. their outdoors are usually stale and brown and their indoors green and premature with no flavor. i cannot believe with all the high quality outdoor herb available for cheap that some clubs are still selling such low-grade.
Jeesh. What a fiasco. I knew this would happen. Perhaps Legalization will improve things, and I can return to my beloved Geography...
Not too keen on making too many new personal relationships up there anymore though. The "POS" factor is off the charts on the Coast.
My friend who is actually still kicking ass, (as He got there 5 GOOD years before I did) calls it a "Shitshow." Accurate. Desperation Personified.
I will bring My people with Me next time.
OR even better yet, try to cure my addiction to living in Do-Nothing Coastal NorCal, and go somewhere else near an ocean, where I can educate, and paddle into a few waves now and then.
We call Mendocino "Marin North" now. "Trust-a-far I" central. Same thing happened to SF. Things change. That's the only sure thing..

So where would you go now if you were considering a move from a non med state? If you think it sucks there, imagine the paranoia in the non med states.
That's why all of us who live in non med states dream of moving somewhere where we don't have to worry about getting our door kicked in.

Metro Michigan Holding at 22-28 Ins.. Not so good here, either. Most Folks use "Eagle 20" and "Avid" indiscriminately. But, High Quality still garners attention, which means a couple hundo more. Broad Mites are dominating the scene. Most are in denial. Look for Many "Mitten" growers to throw in the towel. Many Buds are Duds. Urban areas accept lower grade Flowers, so many folks don't even try.
Politically, the Medical Marijuana Movement is in chaos, here. No outlets except in dangerous areas, for the most part. Lots of GOOD PEOPLE, but TONS of Thugs have taken over the industry.
The Governor, term used loosely, has a piece of legislation sitting on his desk that was UNANIMOUSLY voted on by the State Legislature. He will not sign it.. People/growers/brokers throughout the area are Hardcore, extremely competitive, aggressive, protective of their territory (especially in the Rural North), very reactive, and severely unhappy. Urban Craigslist deals often end in tears, or robbery.
Everyday is a gift. Useless to waste them in a depressing/depressed place.
