Now with just my luck these came with a mag def. at least that's what I see. You'll notice In a couple of the pics soil in the background. The person I received them from said he only brewed organic teas for his plants. I've since treated with a foliar application and soil application of Epsom salt at 1 tbsp per gallon, ph6.5-6.8 and am waiting on results.

Here's a random shot of my coco plants:
https://www.icmag.com/ic/picture.php?albumid=50489&pictureid=1184190
I'm seeing a slight mag def so I added 1/2 teaspoon to a gallon of protekt, and Lucas formula 8/16, than diluted by half because that was 1180ppm! They also got the foliar spray of Epsom salt.

And finally my alien:
so, I believe it's nitrogen, from the ppm being to low the first 3-4 days?

Heres a pic of my plants that made it and didnt make it.
My plants looked just like yours did. You dont have to add worm castings to FFOF soil. Its got enough in it to kill the average plant lol. The EarthWormCastings also probably threw off the FFOF soils natural ph?
All I give my plants is water at 6.3 ph for the first 10 wks. I only feed 1x, maybe twice, threw flowering. They stay green and healthy. The only problem I ever had was this run. I need a Digital PH Pen. The General Hydroponics PH drops do ok but can be off abit sometimes. I gave my seedlings a high ph this run by accident, and it burned them, then locked them out.
Heres some pics -

In pic 1 you can see how bad the GrandoggyPurps seedlings got destroyed by a 7.5 ph.
The Blueberry x SweetTooths' did fine with that ph imbalance.
They only got a little burned on 1 set of leaves.
See in pic 2 how dark the leaves are? Theres enough N in FFOF soil already.
If the leaves are this dark, its saying that the soil is strong, or "hot".
Now that I got my PH in balance again, the plants are exploding with healthy growth.
Do you have a PH Pen? I think your ph is off like mine was.
If you know that the ph of the water your giving them is right on, then I think adding stuff to the soil other than Perlite made the soil waaay to hot and threw of the ph of the soil.

I have a blue lab tri meter. It does ec and everything. I've recently calibrated the probe, would it calibrate if it was damaged or malfunctioning? I have a cheap 10$ yellow ph meter I can use to test tonight when lights go on.

Well, I'm still adding nutes to the ff soil, could there be a lock up from over fert? And if so would I feed just plain ph adjusted ro? Or do I add cal/mag/ epsoms

It's kinda cool that's your posting in my thread, I have some grand doggy purps beans that I just recently got and can't wait to pop them! :p won't be till after this and maybe even the next crop, I have vanilla kush and aurora indica lined up for the next round. :D

Have you scoped for broad mites?

I don't have leaf tips curling, I do get weird growth, I guess it is worth a shot to use some avid as my only item to fight pests is neem oil. Is there something in my pics that you see that makes you think it broad mites?

...i've been very lucky not to have had to deal with broad mites but from what i've heard they can be difficult to spot and to treat and they can devastate your crop so learning about them and how to spot and treat for them is very worthwhile, ...they are no joke!

https://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?threadid=228387Broad Mites?

peace, bozo

btw glider, sorry i didn't get back to you the other day but Christmas kinda got in the way, anyway, i average about 2zipz per plant per cycle.

No worries man thanks for coming back!

But I've been doing a bunch of reading at it's really hard to diagnose. I bust out my 420 scope that goes 60x-100x magnification. I see these little "glob" things on some leaves, it kinda looks like the pics of broad mites, but I used liquid light today and have been foliar feeding more recently, so I'm not sure as to if it's nute residue on the leaf.

These leaves are leaves that I pulled from the bottom of the plant. Could be old as it's a very bushy plant and it's hard to clear all the dead or crappy leaves in one go, or I guess I don't have the patience lol

And here the tops of the bullrider as well as the really red stems if I haven't shown them.

It turns out that there is some leaf tips curling upwards in my yodas

And please forgive me for so many double posts guys, not only do I only have my phone to post, I don't know how to edit, and I have posting restrictions of only 5 pics per post. I needa work on more posts lol

Sorry this pic is supposed to be with the other leaf curling pic one post above.

But also I have a mag issue in coco!? The really burnt one happened right after transact and has been that way since, about a week.
The other one took time to gradually get there.

So I added all of that to hopefully help an idea of the situation. Like I said a couple posts ago, but don't want to get lost in all the pics, was that upon inspection with 60x-100x magnification I did see some sort of "globs" like dew or something shiny and tiny, almost like the things in the pics of broad mites,

But I watched for what felt like forever and they weren't moving!!

Could the "glob" be my nutes? As Ive been fiat feeding recent and used liquid light today...

Well g'night guys, ima be up bright and early tomorrow! So please post if you can :p

Your doing a Coco-DWC at the same time? Like a combo?
I thought you were using FFOF? My bad.
Im gonna cut out because Im not a coco or dwc guy. I would ask the coco and dwc experts.

No stoners!

I have explained this pretty clearly in two posts, more specifically one than the other but I layed it out pretty detailed.

I have a side by side of dirt, coco, and dwc. I never said I had combined anything or anything close to that .

Look, here my coco:

As you can see they are right next to my yoda og, which is In dirt, which I stated before. There is also bullrider in dirt, which I stated before.
My alien og are in bio buckets with grow stones, which I stated before.

Confused you are, tripping you are not. :p

I knew it was kinda confusing but that's why I've tried to explain it in a couple really long posts, I think the most detailed of my room is on page two.

You see the PVC square in the bottom left? That one of my bio buckets. The only thing to throw off my bio buckets could be the grow stones but I think that's fine. Thanks for any input so far more is always greatly appreciate. Here's pics of what is either a mag def or nitrogen def from haveing only 100ppm of b52( I was scared to burn them) and I've stated this before too :p these pics are actually the plant in the bottom left corner of the pic above

They are now at .6 ec with a ppm of 320
