you really need to get a hold of the strat constitution for your place. it will break down all the bilaws etc they made

if it deosnt say anything about mmj in it, then what can they really do?

they be condos, townhouses, apts and the like where ya'll gets to elect a board to run the show, you' all don't like a certain colour of a brothers house as it be conflicting with the other houses you all be paintin' your house, too many rules and b/s from people who be power trippin' and flippin'.
